Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels

This was a great luxury hotel in a nice part of Guayaquil. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and ate several meals in one of the restaurants. The bar was comfortable and offered a nice selection of small plates to share.

First class service from the moment we walked in the front door. We felt fortunate to stay in the business concierge section. Impressive areas of the hotel. Variety and selection get high marks. We thought the breakfast buffet was outstanding. And the pool felt like a refuge from the city.

The Hotel itself is clean and nice enough, but the all night noise from the downstairs parties was absurd. Also, the area is not exactly a pleasant one to explore. It’s really a 3 star hotel with the problems of a 1 or 2 star hotel. There must be better options in the area.

I love this Hotel, it reminds me of the elegant stylish European hotels. The food is great and the staff super nice. I choose this one over any high end ones just because of the warmth that you feel when you stay at this Hotel. Facilities are great and the security is good. All our crew stays everytime we are in Guayaquil and we have been coming here for years. Thorough out these years the service continues to be consistently great.
