Definitely some of the most Spectacular Coastal views in Northern California can be seen along the hotel’s pathway. Unfortunately the drivers of the golf carts have a sense of entitlement so if you don’t move out of the way quickly enough they can get aggressive. The views from the outdoor restaurant are amazing and the shrimp cocktail was the perfect choice. The service was average but did not meet the expectation for a Ritz Carlton.

What a wonderful experience staying here. Thanks to Justin and Jo at the front desk for being so attentive and pleasant. The view is spectacular. It is well worth having an ocean view. The bagpiper each evening adds a great deal. Great food too.

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Walking in is like entering another world. Rooms are very large, with fabulous bathrooms and amenities (which to be fair, you’d expect at this price point). The views over the California coast are stunning. Unfortunately I was only here for a short conference, but it’s a place I’d love to return to. The one nit I had is I really dislike valet-only parking. It just seems so unnecessary - I really don’t want to be forced to have a random stranger park my car.

We had an overnight staycation at this property during Christmas week with the kids and it was so lovely! The valet crew that greeted us were so helpful and informative from the get go. The check in staff went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Jason who serviced us at the Ocean Terrace restaurant was a delight- knowing exactly how to divide up our hot chocolate orders amongst our kids with having to ask. Jared and the entire crew at the Conservatory restaurant were so attentive from the beginning to the end of our meal. The pool could have been a bit warmer but beyond that, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Food while on the pricey side was up to par including room service breakfast! We look forward to the opportunity of returning. As my kiddos have asked repeatedly, they would like to see the bagpiper again!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Breathtaking views surround this location. Rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff is helpful and attentive. Great food at the restaurant. I was there for a corporate event and the meeting services were also very good.
