Holiday Magic!
Princess always delivers a magical experience during the holidays. Wether it be the boat Parade, Tea with Santa or their famous brunch, they impress every single time. Service is always top notch - fast, efficient and friendly. We had a large party organized for Tea with Santa and our group had an amazing experience. Josephine & Tabu really went above and beyond. Super pleased with their attention to detail and overall service. They were super accommodating and made sure we were happy from start to finish. The food was decadent and the story + gift from Santa for the kids was a real treat! Would highly recommend any of Princess’ Holiday events 🎅🏼💚❤️

Massage that takes you above and beyond
During your stay at the Hamilton Princess, you have to experience a Flow massage from Eliza at Exhale Spa. You’ll be transported to somewhere tranquil and relaxing and come away feeling amazing. She is the absolute best at her craft. You will not regret visiting Eliza at Exhale.

Five-star experience in Bermuda
We stayed at the Hamilton Princess for a week in December. Overall standard of the rooms and food was very high, and service was always attentive and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the Fairmont Gold lounge - Rolly took really good care of us, and even made an effort to remember our names from our very first visit. The Princess Beach Club was also lovely even in winter. If there's one area of improvement I can suggest to hotel management, it would be to give guests more options to reduce their environmental impact. E.g., I don't need my towels changed every day but there wasn't a way to communicate this to housekeeping. Similarly, the lounge could probably do with a water filter (like the ones in the gym or near the ice machines) instead of only providing mineral water in glass bottles.

Love, love, love want to live here
We all (11 of us) had a great, fun, tasty time! Wish we were able to stay longer. The staff in the Gold Room were so attentive! We didn’t want for anything. Vitoria, Malisa F., Pearl, Rolly, Pascoal, Shaqcoy. Even the Staff in the lobby were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
