Jane was my waitress, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her friendly attitude and exceptional customer service made my visit enjoyable. She was very attentive and made a perfect lunch recommendation. I’ll definitely be returning! Overall, it was a fantastic experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We went to Crown & Anchor for our business’s staff party, and also shared some personal birthday celebrations. Our server Jane delivered efficient and excellent service! She was lovely, we loved the experience, and definitely will be back again

Just had a fabulous week-long stay at the Hamilton Princess - was DEFINITELY the serene, pampered vacation we were hoping for. Positively, absolutely worth spending up slightly for the Gold Lounge - we were on the fence about that prior to booking but nervously took the plunge. The level of service we got in the lounge every day was exceptional - managers Alisha, Malisa, and Vitoria took great care of us and the staff of Rolly, Peter, and George provided friendly and incredibly professional attention to us multiple times every single day. We miss them! Highlights: - A gorgeous large room on the Gold Level floor. And a special extravagant treat generously delivered to our room the first evening - yum! - A private tour of the hotel's contemporary art treasures (arranged by Malisa and Alisha and cost a few hundred dollars) but a once-in a lifetime experience we treasured. There is an excellent recorded free self-guided tour by the same talented art expert, so absolutely at least do that if you're into art at all, but if you can, ask about arranging a more personal and tailored tour - we really really loved this. Absolutely wander around the entire hotel if you're interested in modern art - there are incredible pieces literally from basement to roof - even in small nooks and bathrooms -throughout the hotel! We didn't really know about that earlier. - Delicious food in the Gold Lounge almost all day/night. The breakfast buffet and made-to-order morning options were great. The daily afternoon tea was delightful as was the hors d'oeuvres spread and the evening dessert buffet. These are all included for the Gold level guests, as are all non-alcoholic drinks. The breakfast and afternoon tea food options changed slightly every day, but the others changed up a lot and across a week, I'm not sure we ever saw the same foods put out twice. The servings are varied and generous and we were able to meet with a chef just after arrival to sort out some important dietary restrictions which were impeccably handled. Food in Bermuda is extremely expensive and we felt we rarely needed to eat out (but of course we did a few times) due to the Gold Lounge offerings. There is a stunning Gold Lounge private terrace with comfy seating and fire pits which were lit in the evening (swiftly, but upon request). Enjoyed star-gazing on the clear nights - heavenly. - The hotel's private beach was beautiful (actually three beaches there) and the free mini-bus there was convenient. Wish it ran a bit more frequently, but understand they are on a winter schedule now. Literally had the beach to ourselves - incredible! (If the hotel restaurant there is closed, as it is in the winter, the Henry the 8th restaurant right on the main road at the beach entrance, is a great spot for takeout and we enjoyed a nice alfresco lunch from there on the beach.) - The Infinity Pool was heated, sparkling clean, and wonderful. Ditto the nearby hot tub. Again, off season, so pretty much had the pool(s) to ourselves. Nice! But, we were a bit sad that the adults only spa pool was unheated and frigid the entire week. Tried to put my feet in one afternoon, but nope. Brrrrr. Never saw a single other guest ever even try to go in there. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have that pool as an option. - Unexpectedly did a fun 8K road race while in Bermuda - was fun to meet nice local people in addition to pounding the pavements daily throughout Hamilton. Small island, so it is easy to get to starting lines - look for upcoming events online. Didn't use any of the spa services at the hotel but briefly tried out some machines in the fitness center - seemed nicely equipped. - Beautiful grounds and plantings. The hotel and property are immaculately maintained and even the week we were there, new planter boxes throughout the site were starting to appear daily potted up with cheerful pansies and other bright spring flowers. Housekeeping was terrific too - marvelous service by a very professional staff. So - we are VERY glad to have stayed and are already planning a return trip. If you're unsure about the Gold level as we were, just do it - honestly, you won't regret it!

The restaurant serving breakfast is wonderful. Rohan, one of the waiters, went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and the service was exemplary. My son was very happy with it and wants to go back soon

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
