We stayed for a week at the end of January..I have to say it's a beautiful hotel,if you like old style ,then you will love this hotel...We stayed in the older part,and had a colonial room,which is what we wanted...Lovely room.We loved the hotel,and location,but there's always a but lol...The only issues we had was the lobby bar ,as .uch as its beautiful surroundings, they have the air-conditioning on to high,and it ran us out of it .There's nothing worse when your cold,and we were cold,the air-conditioning constantly blowing cold air ,just did not make you feel the urge to stay and have another..Also the floor service is not good,even when it's quit,you can't seem to get one of the staffs attention,they need some teaching ,so I blame the management on that...The other issue was the buffet breakfast, we can't complain about the food,there was a big selection ,and it set you up for the day...The only issue here again was the floor staff...You were constantly waiting to find someone to give us coffee, and this was every morning, the same issue, again I blame the management, on a lack of training of the floor staff.If there was a member of staff in charge ,we didn't see it ,and you have to blame the hotel,for not having there staff trained....

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in in Cuba. From start to finish the staff were helpful and professional. The reception staff actually understand service and were very welcoming. Kelly was very good. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. It was very quiet. Breakfast was very good - individually made smoothies, a well organised egg counter and decent coffee. The service was excellent. The pool is lovely with great views. There was some sunbed bagging though. The concierge services were excellent. It’s in a great location. We loved looking at the classic cars in the square below and the views over the Capitol are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

Just a lovely experience dealing with PR. Yanisse came by the pool to see how we were. We mentioned a couple things that were not quite right. After a great discussion, she moved us into a room that was as expected, first allowing us to view it. She was all smiles. Really a nice experience. Staff here are the best.

Best place to stay in Havana! Spotless rooms, excellent service all around! Pool is amazing with a stunning view of the city making it perfect for lounging all afternoon but also has a great pool bar (with attentive staff) so you can sit up there and enjoy anytime of day! The lobby bar and cigar lounge were also great to just chill and feel the vibe! And whoever says there is not good food in Cuba haven’t eaten here! We never had one meal that wasn’t up to Canadian standards! Very central location so you can walk to most attractions! All the staff are more than happy to help with anything and are readily available! I highly recommend Parque Central for your Cuba stay!
