Excellent place in the center of Havana Vieja .. with all the tragic reality for Cuban people it’s nice to be able to come back to a nice place with pool and gym And good services …. Lobby bar with live music every day and very nice staff and services .. internet was good too!!

I have been staying at Parque Central for my Cuba trips for the last 3 years now. It feels like my home away from home now. All the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, regardless of the department they’re in. The service of the breakfast staff is great, especially Janet who covered my group’s table most mornings on this trip. I stayed on the colonial side this time as opposed to the modern side since it’s more convenient for me as I spend most of my waking hours in the hotel at the mezzanine lounge. The lobby bar and kitchen are open 24 hours a day and when I’m not eating at an outside restaurant I often have food from the kitchen brought up to the lounge where I’m often firmly planted on one of the comfy leather couches smoking a cigar. The hamburger and the club sandwich are really good. While I’m at the hotel, I spend more time in the lounge than in my own room. Special thanks to the captains Rigel and Yani who looked after all my needs and made sure that I was having a pleasant stay. Also thank you to Suzel who was manning the lounge bar most of the time I was there. The rooftop pool and bar is also really great if you want to just sit in the sun. I will definitely keep coming back to Parque Central. They really treat you well here.

Here is another glowing review for Parque Central. My husband and I have stayed at Parque Central over a dozen times. The reasons we keep returning? The hotel offers the usual 4 star amenities with the bonus of a lobby bar that is open 24 hours a day. In fact, the real reason we return time after time is the staff. You would be hard pressed to find staff that are as well trained in customer service as the team at Parque Central anywhere else in Havana. We have stayed in many of the higher hotels in Havana and keep returning to Parque Central! A big thank you to the team who made our stay memorable. Juan Carlos-food and beverage director, Liudmila-Head Chef, Santos- Maître D, Rigel, Yani and Dayami-Captains. Our servers included Cindy and Harold at the pool bar, Camilo, Anatolia and Jairon in the lobby bar. A special thank you to Suzel, Marilys and Dalila in the cigar lounge who were simply amazing and extremely attentive to us and our group. We can’t wait to return in the spring!

My wife and I always stay at this hotel because of thier extraordinary service and central location. We have visited Havana more than 40 times stayed in many hotels in Havana BUT Parque Central is beyond comparison ALL Hotels should all be TRAINED at Iberostar Parque Central. Their should be a rating ( Extraordinary ). SHOUT OUT TO THE CAPTAINS : RIGEL QUILEZ and YANI PROENZA ...its not because that we know them BUT they go above and beyond in the work that they do FOR ALL the quest in the Hotel....they have worked thier way up the ranks in the Hotel Business and I assure you they know this business. If YOU wish to stay in Havana centrally located stay at Parque Central. SHOUT OUT to all the Concierge who will make restaurant arrangements and many other services and all waitresses from Breakfast restaurants and Bar and Cigars Lounge compliments to SUSEL FRIAS GARCIA a rising star as a Cigar Sommalier . Lastly , be generous with your TIPS it is after all a business and we must all remember it is a 3rd world country where everyone struggles to make a living . ( DONT BE CHEAP! ) Enjoy this enchanting city , the people , the culture and most importantly this wonderful Parque Central .

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's willing to spend a memorable time in Havana. It works perfectly if you want to spend quality time with your friends or family. It's located in the middle of Havana Vieja, so it's near from every club, museum, bar, disco, park and so on. The staff is amazing, specially Rigel from the lobby, an extremely nice guy who will make your stand more memorable. Don't miss the chance to go to Parque Central, you won't regret it
