There is no hotel in Havana that is better located to move around the city for meetings. The outdoor environment is excellent for walking along the Malecon and seeing residential neighborhoods and former homes of the wealthy that have become social institutions. The rooms and service are of top quality. The staff are well prepared and courteous. Indira of the Customer Service staff was especially helpful. The lobby and meeting rooms provide a very supportive professional atmosphere.

The hotel rooms were nice but the showers are a little outdated. The customer service was amazing. The lady who cleaned the rooms on the 8th floor was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. I believe her name was Junayli. Our server for breakfast name was Omar. He was an amazing worker. He was very attentive and always got us everything we needed. He checked up on us multiple times with the biggest smile on his face. When we arrived we had some issues and the front desk lady was not very helpful. The manager came out though and helped us. He was there for over an hour trying to work things out until he finally did it. He was an amazing manager. Even brought us drinks while we waited.

Our waiter was Omar he was awesome. He treated us like we were celebrities. The attention was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean. Highly recommend! The pool is beautiful. Staff were very nice and attentive. Family friendly hotel. The restaurant on site were good too.

Amazing experience with the hotel and staff. Hotel structure is super nice and clean. Bedrooms are big and clean. The staff is very friendly and offers all support you may need. Liseet was very kind and polite during our breakfast. 5 stars for this hotel.

Incredibly friendly and polite staff that will look after you to make sure you have the best experience. My favorite staff member was Lina. I loved here. Breakfast had options for everyone and offered all kind of food. The room was comfortable and big enough. There’s a free bus service to the city center and plenty of taxis outside the hotel.
