The hotel is in Vedado area in downtown Havana, an area closes to well-known nightclubs, La Rampa art and craft market and the famous Malecón – plus it’s a short taxi ride to some of the city’s top sights including the Malecón, with pastel-coloured houses lining the waterfront. All the Hotel room come with either city or sea views. The hotel has a two restaurants as well as 3 bars – 2 of which come with a fantastic city view. La Florentina Restaurant serves an exclusive breakfast for those staying in the suites.

We had a great time. The hotel is in a good location and close to Hotel National de Cuba. The rooftop pool and bar is a great place for a drink. The staff is fantastic... They are friendly and always ready to help. Big thanks to Vanessa, Rafanido, Hugo and Javier

It is hard to find the right words to describe the experience in this hotel, a four-star that does not even deserve one and that tarnishes the name of NH. The non-existent security: my husband and I were robbed at Salon Rojo, the club adjacent to the hotel. My husband was injured in front of the security of the club and the hotel security who, in addition to not intervening, even advised us not to call the police. We recovered the wallet but not the money. Some local people then told us that they probably agreed with the thieves, 2 trans, to split the money. The cleanliness is aberrant: for 5 days we had to constantly kill cockroaches, the blood stains due to the theft dirtied a piece of furniture that remained like that for our entire stay (as in the photo). Unfortunately, the blood had dirtied the sheets which, instead of being changed, were simply turned inside out. The shower leaked and flooded the entire bathroom, which was full of long hair (which we don't have). There was a coffee machine in the room, but there were no capsules and even though we asked for them they didn't have any. The furniture was broken, especially the minibar. And not because of a problem with the supply of resources but because of an obvious lack of care. The electricity went out often and there were no emergency lights. Sometimes we had to walk up 16 floors in total darkness. Breakfast was another disaster. It changed location without anyone warning us and very often there was no food available. The customer care manager wanted to care about our problems, saying she would let us know but we are still waiting for a message from her in vain. They ruined our 5-day vacation without even apologizing. However, some people of the staff were kind, including the doctors who treated my husband's wounds. Do not book at this hotel which violates the concept of hospitality. NH would do well to better monitor its affiliates around the world.

AMAZING!! Went for a day pass at the rooftop pool. Great music & wonderful staff... the BEST cocktails in Havana. Big Thanks to all the staff on the rooftop from the girls from Canada for giving us such an amazing afternoon at the NH Capri pool!!!!

We had reservation 28_31may, the air conditioner was not working,no lights, the fridge not working.The technician came but can't fixed.At 10 o'clock pm they told us that don't have another room.At that time we have to go another hotel .The hall smells bad
