We were not able to visit the place that we booked due to circumstances that were beyond our control.

Shocking customer service!
No power now for the third day which I accept is out of their hands, but the treatment from some staff is despicable to say the least! The general manager couldn’t give a damn, we cannot cook, our food is going off. Not even an offer of some coffee in the morning! This would go a long way to appease the masses! It is totally ridiculous and the customer is not king in this instance!

Amazing stay
The place is beautiful.We got to see a few animals. Would recommend for a nice staycation because the gravel road going in and out is a little mission if you don’t have a big car.

Excellent, as always. Total relaxation. The units, as well as the grounds are kept in pristine condition!

Bad house: toilets, showers leaking, healt hazard because of all the mould in the house, also build rubble around house
Amount that i paid for my stay i was expecting a 5star, but recieved a 1star property, health hazard because of all the mould, leaking toilets and showers, mould every where
