My family had a great weekend, environment is so calm, the views from my unit were just so beautiful...the unit was clean and the daily room service was really appreciated. I would really recommend this property.

We spent a very enjoyable week in Unit 7. Once the weeds and bushes had been cut, we could enjoy sitting on our patio looking at the river. Restaurant food could be better quality.

On arrival it was very hot. No aircon or even a fan in the lounges. It was very uncomfortable with the heat. Lizzard, roaches, and spiders were in the rooms. The cleaner left very late when we checked in as she was still busy cleaning.

beautiful chalet, very neat and clean. Every morning they serviced the chalet. Staff were super friendly and we had a great buffet breakfast on Sunday at the lodge. Was very hot but they had aircons in each room. Will go back. the price was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy coming to the resort but were disappointed this time as the main pool area is looking a bit run down. Grass around the pool is patchy or non existent, umbrellas are torn and damaged, loungers are broken and left to use.
