A decent offering
A basic standard Hilton. Location close to the centre and very walkable. 4th time here. The exec lounge is not as good as it used to be. Breakfast and team were very welcoming. A great start to the day. Rooms although small are clean. Shower in bath is very high so be mindful if you have mobility issues.

Excellent front desk experience
Thank you to Feruza and Mia Li for a great check-in experience. They assisted me with a really early check-in which allowed me to freshen up after a long overnight train ride from Rovaniemi. I truly appreciate their proactive spirit and friendly attitude. They stay was great, had a nice room. The hotel has a small and cosy executive lounge which is a little different from the other lounges I've been to in other properties but still nice. All in all a great stay.

Excellent hotel
This hotel os situated nicely just A few block from heart of the city. The tram and subway station is only A few hundred meters from hotel. Hotel has excellent breakfast and nice lounge facilities in higher levels although it is quite dark all day in Finland in this season.

Fabulous hotel, very child friendly, great location. Would recommend.
A really fabulous hotel, would struggle to find a fault. The rooms were spacious, clean with all required amenities. The bed & pillows were SUPER comfy. The hotel is particularly good for children with the pool, with fabulous breakfast options to cater for all and kids activities such as "crack the code" and kids activity packs. Check in was swift as too was check out. The hotel is in a great location and a 2 min walk from the trams and buses to/from the airport. Coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket within 2 minutes also.

Great Hotel Brilliant Staff
We had a wonderful 6 night stay, with premium rooms on the 16th Floor. Housekeeping were fantastic always had the room cleaned when requested. All staff are friendly and will do whatever is needed to help. The only little downside is the breakfast buffet, great range of items. But very small plates, which unfortunately led to other diners over filling with the inevitable spillage. But again staff were there to clean up! Good location next to Central Station.
