Such a beautiful resort with a friendly and helpful staff. The eateries gave plenty of choices and the food was delicious. It was off season for our trip so not everything was opened. The only negative we have is that the lobby area where you come in from the parking lot has a very foul odor, kind of like a must or mold odor. The areas are beautiful, the smell just takes you back and hits you like a brick when you enter.

Make up your own mind; but go and give it a chance first. The property is expansive, there may be some extra steps compared to another hotel; but it is wonderful for more than just appearance. The Staff was exceptional! Check in was warm, professional, inviting and they really made an effort to show appreciation for us choosing their property for our stay. The large dining area is super comfortable, makes you feel like you have private dining. The comfortable chairs invite you stay a while and our service, with dinner/Cecelia and breakfast/Sara, were both exceptional! The short rib is tender and well flavored, the sea bass was perfectly cooked and the accompanying vegetables were a great compliment! Our breakfast steak and eggs were prepared as requested and the Mediterranean Salmon was fresh, wonderfully prepared, and I enjoyed every bite! Even the wheat toast was exceptionally tasty! We were seen, acknowledged, well served and shown excellent hospitality. The property may show some wear, and could use a few touch ups here and there, but fresh linens, clean bathroom, stellar staff and delicious dining makes it easy to take the extra steps and overlook some scuff marks. We look forward to making our visit again next year!

This hotel wasn't awful, but it wasn't great either. It needs a serious face lift. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the coffee in the room. I did not like the food at the hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, except for the housekeeping girl who delivered water to my room, while eating a popsicle! The gift shop had limited hours, and they had a lot of products that were super generic, but sold it at a wild mark-up price! I only stayed here because of a conference that was also at this hotel.

Currently a guest at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas for a conference. I’m here for a work conference. I expected to be able to use the fitness center before my work day starts at 7:30am but nope. The fitness center opens at 6am. And it’s operated by another company in a different building that you access from the outside. Hard to workout and get ready in an hour and a half. Unacceptable. Oh and the cheap room coffee maker is broken.

Clean and comfy rooms. Love all the gold details. Very nice resort with well kept gardens and lounge areas. Definitely see it being a Ritz before. Bartenders were so fun and nice. Food was pretty good but nothing special. Water took forever to get warm in the room which was annoying to leave the shower running for 15 min at least before you could get in it. Biggest problem that dropped my eating was the spa. Nice area but made a nail appointment to show up and be told the lady just went home for the day. I checked in over 1 hour before and went to the joined gym only a few feet away from the spa’s front desk to wait on the appointment. Spoke to the lady at the front desk several times and she knew where I would be and even came to see if I could bump my appointment up which I agree to. Since I was on site I still arrived 15 min early and the technician I guess just decided to leave. Big disappointment since I wasted my day on waiting for the appointment and couldn’t get another one before my event that night.
