The Hilton Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful, well run hotel. It’s perched on Lake Las Vegas and about a twenty minute drive from the airport and the Strip. Spectacular rooms, some with balconies, and the grounds are stunning. If you prefer the quiet, relaxing atmosphere as opposed to the noise on the Strip this is a great choice.

want to start by saying this review will likely disappear like the others that have been erased. We booked this venue in September 2022 for our October 2024 wedding, and in that time, we went through seven different contacts. While turnover can happen, the complete lack of care for long-time clients is unacceptable. Six months out from our wedding, everything became a nightmare. Coordinator Brizel fought me at every turn, denying me a food tasting and taking ages to respond while failing to help with a signature drink. We heard from other coordinators just how unprofessional the team was. Invoicing was riddled with errors, and Brizel refused to send a banquet event order to confirm pricing. Then, in a shocking move, she attempted to charge my card $20,000 without any warning or authorization. That was the final straw. My wedding planning turned into a disaster, all due to Hilton’s incompetence. It’s clear they’re struggling to find a reliable team, evidenced by their review deletions. My mother had to fly in for an emergency meeting with Hilton staff just three weeks before the wedding because things were so chaotic. The only relief came two weeks out when we finally got a new coordinator who actually cared. I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Credit is due to Tommy with room coordination, Jessika for taking over my wedding, Moe for her efforts, and Roswell for lighting. However, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone until they sort out their issues. The lack of communication and organization is glaring—it's a shame, as this venue has so much potential. To add to the frustration: water and bread weren’t served until guests were already seated, a vegetarian guest was offered chicken because they ran out of pre-plated meals we paid for, and there was no security to prevent people from walking into our venue. Bartenders complained about their jobs, making guests uncomfortable, while the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Guests with 11 AM check-ins didn’t get into their rooms until 6 PM, and only half of the welcome boxes we had arranged were distributed. This entire hotel is plagued with incompetence. You’d expect better service for a $50,000 venue. The food was subpar, and the food and beverage director was unaccommodating. Salads were on tables before cocktail hour even started. Ellen, the food and beverage coordinator, refused to meet or make necessary adjustments, and dinner service was completely mismanaged. Thank you, Hilton, for ruining my wedding planning experience. I sincerely hope to never have to deal with this resort again. Save yourself the stress—look elsewhere

Like some other reviewers have said. this hotel holds several weddings. The noise so loud in the rooms you cannot sleep or even think. It was even difficult listening to a football game on TV. The hotel does not disclose there will be loud noise into the late evening when they take your reservation. We are early to bed early morning people. I complained to the local management and I can say they are completely oblivious and incompetent in dealing with customer dissatisfaction. They said they would give us a free breakfast because of the noise. Big deal, we had a miserable evening at this place. I'm a long time HHonors member and never had such a bad stay and such poor response by their management. Overall condition of facility is a liitle worn and several areas with strong musty smells.

I am staying up the Hilton resort and spa in Henderson Las Vegas when I first checked in I liked the look of the hotel with a grand lobby the restaurant , Bar , pool and area to work out ,the room seemed very nice with a king bed and marble granite floors in the bathroom Later, however, I realized that the hotel was not so nice. This hotel has wedding in such a way that I can hear the music from the weddings in my room it is so loud that I can barely hear myself think ,and it is extremely loud so loud that I have difficulty sleeping, one of the cleaning crew attempted to go into my room while I was sleeping. I was awoken by her banging on the door . I do not like this hotel for the reasons stated above. I would not recommend stay at this hotel it is sub par .

A large Hilton Hotel property located about 30 minutes away from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Stayed here for 1-night during a summer month (June) and it wasn't very busy and the hotel is so large that just finding your room can be a challenge. The hotel staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The decor of the room was more "vintage" versus "contemporary." Just walking to our room from the hotel lobby took nearly 10 minutes and was confusing even though the front desk representative did their best to explain how to find out room. I think this hotel would be a great location to have a wedding in the spring time but I bet it would be a lot cheaper in the summer time due to it being so hot and not very crowded. The pool area is nice and the hotel is adjacent to a area that looks like a village with assorted restaurants, shops and water activities. The parking I thought was complimentary and they do offer valet during the day and it cost around $20 per day. There is a fitness center but I didn't use it and the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. The menu was satisfactory and the entrees were decent but a little expensive. The hotel offers military/government, AAA and AARP discounts that were very affordable during the time we went. If you are looking for a nice resort a little outside the main Strip of Las Vegas I think you will enjoy staying here. Attached are some photos that I hope illustrate the beauty of the hotel and some photos from our window of our room. I would definitely request a view of the lake/marina and if you're a Diamond Hilton Honors member I think they will try to accommodate any reasonable request.
