The guest relations manager Anastasija Ivastanin is truly a gem to the organisation….. she is extremely helpful for the guest needs and understands the point of view from the guest perspective…..She does to be promoted. She is very hard working and approachable for the guest.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Montenegro
Want to experiance a New destination in the Top Luxery marked and within aprox 2.5 hours from Amsterdam this is the place to go to, beautiful resort in superb natural surroundings , biggest standard rooms in the business aprox 60 m2 and full of gagets llie fireplace, demotica control for light , blinds , curtens , huge SPA facilty ( 4000m2) friendliest staff you can imagine

Top hotel in Europe. Amazing rooms and kids friendly.
Stunning hotel with some of the best hardware (mechanised curtain, multiple ambient light settings etc) and decor in recent memories. We are also lucky enough to have our room overlook the Bay of Kotor which is truly a view to behold (helped by the wonderful weather). I am not a bath taking kind of person usually but even then I couldn’t resist taking a few just to gawp at the jaw dropping scenery. Our kids were also spoilt by the staff there and really enjoyed the beach, indoor and outdoor pool and of course the attentive kids club. Cherry on the cake was the Halloween treat filled with monstrous amount of sweets that I reckon will take the kids until Christmas to finish. Only minor criticism is the lack of restaurant choice in the evening - we went there during their low season and they only had one restaurant opened for the evening. Plenty of other restaurant choices in the neighbourhood however so it was not a biggie. All in all, an all round 5 star experience.

Simply phenomenal!
Simply phenomenal! We stayed here for the first time. We are enthousiast 1&only users and this experience shows why 1&only is one of the best hotel chains. Finishes, food, quality and service are at the top. The staff is so welcoming and truly committed to make the experience a unique one. We felt it that way. Thank you for having us (412 is a lovely room) and we look forward coming back again soon! Sad we leave tomorrow but excited already to plan our return.

My stay at one&only
I arrived at One&Only with my daughter, we had a very welcoming check in. Staffs were outstanding and very helpful. Room and the full and spa were excellent I am definitely looking forward for my next visit
