The Inn & Club at Harbour Town

Off season perfect time for rest and relaxation. All staff hotel, restaurants, and valet great customer service. We will definitely return and come in the off season . Links restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast and the unlimited mimosas put it over the top!

disappointed to say the least. we have stayed here twice a year for many years and it is just not the same. there used to always be such a helpful energy from the staff and they were always so engaging but its not like that anymore. everyone seems like they dont want to be there. when we ask for information we get minimal interaction, when we call the hotel prior to coming no one answered the phone. we had an issue with billing at check out. i asked the staff for a manager and they claimed there wasnt one but sometimes the main manager shows up. how? we wont be back and will not recommend this hotel to friends any longer

Just left this morning and I did not want to leave! Perfect setting, perfect room, perfect ambience. Morning coffee and juice, fruit with parfaits are available daily and our room was serviced not just everyday but 2x a day. When have you had that kind of above and beyond treatment at a hotel lately? Only this is no hotel, it truly is a relaxing and the most hospitable resort. Beautiful pool and hot tub, complimentary bikes and free shuttle service to areas within Sea Pines. This will be our go-to going forward. Don't miss it.

Upon arrival, we were treated with champagne by the front desk staff. I don't know if this was because our nephew was getting married there, or normal procedure. Thank goodness our nephew provided onsite transportation as the front desk also has to act as car/outside welcome staff, doorman, golf cart transport, housekeeping for towels for ocean and so much more. They did it kindly with a smile but I could tell they were like swans paddling madly underneath. Housekeeping left our door ajar after nightly turn down the night before we left and thankful nothing was missing. I reported this unclosed door security issue in the post stay survey and Admin never got back to me so I guess they didn't believe me or care. The pool was ok but no staff out there either. Also I wish with those good views that they would clean the outside of the rooms windows. Our was covered with cobwebs and who knows what! Loved the toiletry brand and convenient little fridge. Nice stay at the Inn And wonderful wedding at the beach club!

I really enjoyed all aspects of our 3 night stay @ Inn. We came to play tennis at the Sea Pines tennis center which was all of 25 yards away from the hotel entrance. Great tennis programming from social mixed doubles to weekend clinic. Hotel is serene and beautiful. The front desk was always very helpful with reservations, securing a cart ride to the marina or beach club and more. We had a slight issue with the room temperature that was immediately fixed (thanks to the gracious Todd in maintenance). Top tier housekeeping and turndown service. The pool and hot tub were quiet, clean and great temperature. The simple continental breakfast and coffee were nice for a quick bite before morning tennis. We also loved the free bikes and 2 hours of court time daily! My only negative comment was the constant buzz of the leaf blower which I guess is to be expected since the Inn sits on a golf course but could have done with not hearing that before 8AM. Nothing here was a “hassle” just an easy, relaxing highly enjoyable stay. Would return for sure!
