Was down here with the family for New Year's and had a delightful experience. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities (golf, tennis, pools, beach) were spectacular. What was superior to that was the quality of service we received from everyone on staff. And so many were so good that it is is a bit unfair to single out Maria at the front desk but she was as professional as any front desk person we've encountered. (as a Hilton Diamond, i've seen a few). The rooms were spacious and bright. You should consider getting a partial beach view on the upper floors if you are the type to appreciate the view. The one thing that wasn't perfect was that the prices for food and drink were high for the quality one received. It wasn't that it was bad. In fact, the food was good but a lower price would have seemed a bit more reasonable. All in all, this is a fantastic resort and comes highly recommended. You will love the hotel and all it brings as well as the staff.

The hotel is beachy and cute. The people were nice. My main complains are the food quality (always had better food outside the hotel) and the amount or type of bleach in the hot tub which made it hard to enjoy and then to clean it off of our bodies.

O.M.G! One of the nicest hotels that you can stay at in Hilton Head Island. I will admit, I personally got lost upon arriving at the resort as the majority of the resort looks very similar. We hosted our annual Christmas event at this location and it was amazing. Incredible rooms, clean, great service, drinks were awesome and the food was delicious. Way too cold to go swimming but the pool was huge and if you want to enjoy the beach it's only a few steps away!!!

The resort was beautiful and the room was very clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet in the morning and enjoyed cocktails at the hotel bar. It was a quick walk from our room to the beach and we enjoyed a nice walk on the beach in the morning. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Overall fantastic six night stay with the family during Thanksgiving. Staff and property were great as described. Location is an easy walk to beach.. Rooms with kitchenette style bar table, microwave and sink was nice. Not quite a suite but got us by for eating small meals in the room. Rooms were supposedly updated a few years ago but are already showing signs of wear. Cleaning staff were nice and responsive and came in daily. Pool was warmish during low 70s temperatures. Took one star off for rooms, high resort fee for amenities, and a maintenance project that took place on our hall while we were here. Wish breakfast could be included and bikes were free. However highly recommend for families or couples and will be back with appropriate incentives!
