The team here are fantastic. Nothing is too much and they are super friendly. Concierge was great at sorting out restaurants and cars etc. Rooms are a good size and finished really well. The pool is a bit of tranquility in the middle of chaos. Hats off the them.

I really enjoyed our prime location and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room. Hotel staff, Guest Relations, Reception staff were truly kind, frindly, supportive and you can feel that they love their work, it is not a duty for them. They all committed to make the guest felt happy and safe. Decoration of the hotel is also very impressive and I also inspired from some of the items for my house :) I lived memorable moments at there, If I go to Vietnam once again, Hotel Des Arts Saigon will be my first choice for accommodation. Only advice that I can give is related with breakfast. You can add gluten free foods and snacks to serve. Thanks for everything.

Really lovely hotel with fantastic service and excellent food. Drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening was a thrill. Pomelo salad one of the best ever! Porter Tan Nhut ran to get me tissues when he witnessed me crying as I said goodbye to my family. So sweet!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Des Arts Saigon. While the rooms run a bit cozy, the outstanding service more than makes up for it. Special mention to Tú Ngân and Hoàng Hào, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the central location makes exploring HCMC a breeze. A nice hotel in the city, and the attentive staff and overall experience make it a solid choice.
