Park Hyatt Saigon

Modern classic luxury hotel. Service is excellent. Staff are attentive, courteous and helpful. Restaurants serve good local cuisine as well as international western cuisine. Location is very convenient with plenty of luxury shopping malls and retail outlets within walking distance.

Stayed three nights here before Mekong cruise. Staff superb. Room divine. Bed large and pillows soft. Exceptional bathroom. Décor in hotel absolutely superb. Pool magnificent. Great gym. Excellent location. Cannot rate this highly enough. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I would only stay at Park Hyatt Saigon because this is the finest in the city and the entire staff is truly professional. Would like to recognize Hang from guest experience and Xuan Anh from reservations for personalizing my experience for my special event and how they welcomed me back was memorable.

We returned to the Park Hyatt after 11 years and found it had lost none of its charms. It is beautifully decorated with Vietnamese art, the rooms are nicely designed and in excellent condition and the food (we had daily breakfast, dined once at Square One restaurant and enjoyed tea in the stunning Park Lounge) is outstanding. So are attention, dedication and kindness of the staff, making us feel truly at home. Many of the city’s places of interest as well as hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars of all categories are in walking distance from the hotel’s perfect central location. A few rooms are adjacent to the pool - step out onto your private terrace and take a refreshing swim.

Park Hyatt is a very nice hotel located in walking distance to the major landmarks in Saigon. You are being welcomed when you exit the car and they will escort you directly to the room for check in. The staff is in general very serviceminded. The pool arena is nice and there is always an available sunbed. The breakfast is very good and so is the food at Square One.
