Wow what a stunning hotel and with a service of the highest standards nothing was too much trouble. The whole place oozes class with an exciting buzz. The decor is beautiful mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese. Really happy with the room which provided so many essentials. The pool & garden was a welcome peace from the hustle of hcm, and the gym was well equipped. Very happy with breakfast, with one of the best omelettes I’ve tried. I truly believe this to be one of if not the best hotel in ho chi Minh.

My overall experience at Park Hyatt was satisfactory but fell short of the luxury and high standard expected. The rooms were nice, though the coffee machine was unclean upon arrival. The concierge service was underwhelming; they were unable to recommend any good restaurants and displayed a somewhat cocky attitude. Keep in mind we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at overall 3,000 Dollars costs. Breakfast, once exceptional, has since become mediocre at best. The hotel’s café was always overcrowded, leaving little to no space for hotel guests to sit comfortably. To make matters worse, the reception requested under-the-table money, which was very unprofessional and concerning. For a hotel of this class and price point, I expected a far better guest experience. Park Hyatt used to be considered a premier choice for accommodation, but unfortunately, it has now descended into an average, everyday stay rather than the luxurious retreat I had in mind.

The hotel was so central and well connected .we had a group of 100 to celebrate a landmark birthday .Arrangements , decor, great staff, and excellent food made it special. Rooms were spacious and nice .Housekeeping staff excellent ..Would recommend it highly .

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. As Globalist members of Hyatt, we were thrilled to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room with direct access to the pool and a terrace—our kids absolutely loved it! Assistance Manager Hang Tran personally took us to our room and gave us a tour, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient during check-in, the pool attendant ensured the area was clean and enjoyable, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The staff’s professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service!

freundliches Personal, exzellente Zimmerreinigung, kompetente Rezeption Professional, quick check-in directly in the room (reception). The perfect cleaning services in the room are worth mentioning.. And finally very good friendly transport drivers. extremely satisfied.
