I came and tried the signature dish here which is coconut ice cream, it's really delicious even though the portion is a bit small. The tea is very fragrant and refreshing. The space is eye-catching, luxurious and private. It is a place worth experiencing.

the hotel is outstanding. perfect location in the middle of the city. fantastic breakfast and very helpfull staff. you stay in a historical place. a nice oasis to step away a moment from busy Saigon and still in the middle of it. The pool is the the real center of this oasis feeling with nice drinks and food.

The 1st out of our 4 hotels in our 11 nights Vietnam holiday not offered a seat & fresh towels upon check-in! Was assigned Room #444, an unlucky number showing disrespect for many Asian culture, including Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean, & even Indian. Minutes after we settled in our room, was offered another room on an even lower floor, #322. We accepted but we’re amazed to find large group of young & noisy “event participants” on the 3rd Floor, which was also where the swimming pool, gym, etc were located. In the evening, we got yet another phone call fr Ctmr Service offered another change of room, acknowledging “4” is unlucky to many culture, including her own. We declined the offer. The hotel & the room may have its better days, yet it’s looking old & tired. Heard they’d have renovation next year, which was definitely needed. The glass door to the shower never close, & bed-side lamp lighted up on its own in the middle of the night. Honestly, some ppl might have been scared to death! Unlike the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, ppl in this Hotel didn’t usually have eye contact with us, & never welcomed us back to the Hotel. Having said that, we did find the Housekeeping to be very professional & always did a good job with our room twice per day. To conclude, we haven’t stayed in many Park Hyatt hotels, but this one surely doesn’t live up to the Park Hyatt nor the Vietnamese standard. Will not recommend!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels (including luxury hotels) and this ranks as being one of the best hotels that I stayed in. The property itself feels elegant, the staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. The location is in the heart of Ho Chi Min with the opera house and Nguyen Hue Walking Street a couple of blocks away.

This was one of the better stays I've had a hotel in recent memory, I found the service and hotel to be top notch. From the warmth of my check-in experience, to the efficiency and outstanding quality of the meals I had there, this was a great hotel. Not to mention, I held my company's event there, and it went off seamlessly.
