Park Hyatt Saigon

Great location, super comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Definitely helpful concierge team. Breakfast is a don’t miss experience. Great pho. Very nice pool area for relaxing. The lobby bar area was a very nice respite in the afternoon.

We love the Park Hyatt Saigon, and have stayed there multiple times now. The hotel is lovely with great styling and an elegant colonial feel. The breakfast is a huge reason why we stay, as we can get a world class hotel breakfast buffet meal before our journey's through this amazing city. The staff offer best in the world guest hospitality - and we've been to hotels in 55 countries, many of them Hyatt's. The hotel has an excellent fitness center and spa - we love to get a workout in to keep us in shape. We haven't used it much, but I always love the lobby in the evening. There is usually live music, and drinks are offered in a casual and elegant seating space. I love returning to the hotel and seeing people enjoying chatting while listening to music and enjoying a beverage. Makes me feel like I'm in a cool gathering place. On this trip we discovered that there is a Viacom Mall just a few steps from the hotel. Lots of shopping and dining on many levels. Great proximity to the Hotel! We love the Park Hyatt Saigon - and you will too!

Exceptional hotel from the decor, staff, room size and best breakfast buffet we have experienced. The littlest details are covered even down to labelling the light switches, saves much frustration. We would definitely recommend & return, did I say the location is perfect too.

Loved my stay in this hotel . Centrally located , overlooking the Opera house . The interior of this hotel is superb . The check in process fast and hassle free. Wonderful staff . The room was very very beautiful a colonial Chinese’s type of interior design . Bed very comfortable , amenities from Le Labo were great . Spa was really really good , gym was good . The pool was wonderful , nestled in a small garden . The tea room with live piano music is a must . The bar and drinks really really good !) awesome place !) will come back

The service was warm and welcoming. Our room the Park Suite was spacious and well equipped, offering everything we needed for a few nights in the city. We found breakfast to have a great selection of dishes and items and a great mix of buffet and a la carte. It could get busy at times but the team were always attentive and diligent. The bar was a great place offering happy hour most nights, making it very reasonably priced. The pool was a lovely clean oasis in the heart of the city too. Team were there to help with towels etc. I feel the hotel is missing a trick in not driving drinks sales here, free water was nice but i would have brought cocktails.
