Reviews for Park Hyatt Saigon
Great hotel, but customer service needs improvement.
I just stayed at this hotel last week after staying Le Meridien SG, Sheraton, Renaissance Riverside SG for my Thailand and Vietnam trip. Park Hyatt is a very beautiful hotel no doubt about that. The room, the pool, the gym and lobby are gorgeous. However I had bad experience at the breakfast buffet. My friend and I ordered our coffee, and the waiter forgot about it. He didn't bring our coffees until half an hour later after we reminded him. The we ordered smoothies, again he forgot about it for at least 30 mins. We once again had to remind him before we got our drinks. My friend and I were surprised because of the service. We said to ourselves, this is a nice hotel but their customer service is not that great. Other than that, our stay was fine except the experience at the breakfast buffet.

Exceptional Customer Service
The customer service is exceptional! I visited in March 2025 for 3 nights. Housekeeping was great and met all of my expectations. The food at breakfast was outstanding. This will be the only place I will ever consider staying when returning to Saigon!

This is the excellency we always want
Excellent hotel and nicely located. The staff is extremely friendly and always proactive to offer guests services and unexpected good surprises. I love the staff. The swimming pool is clean and water is warm. The only thing is the USD exchanges where they only offered me lower exchange rate for USD$20 vs $100 bills.

Business trip during a busy period / Park Hyatt Saigon delivers!!!!!
The Park in Saigon continues to be our "home away from home" for business travel and the level of service provided on this trip was no exception. Hotel quite busy as are most hotels in Saigon these days but despite having a full house, the team managed our group with a level of attention that met everyone's expectations! Well done Team Park Hyatt Saigon!

Park Hyatt has failed to deliver specialness once it used to have
Not really feel special about the stay. Park Hyatt to my feeling has been changed to an upscale corporate hotel. The luxury feeling and soul of the service seem to lose. Staffs are friendly but they won't give you anything special even it's your right. It's still a very good hotel. But if you expect to feel any special, you better try some other hotels.
