The Reverie Saigon

Wow what a great hotel. Centrally located near Bitexco tower, post office Museums restaurants and more ! Hotel was amazing blend of modern and old fashioned charm, lobby and public areas were filled with art and mosaics. I was offered to upgrade my room and while the original was nice, I was moved to a suite with living dining and bedroom, 1 and 1/2 baths and a walk in shower you could get lost in. Views of the city and river were almost 360 . I usually stay at the concierge level at most hotels but the service here by all the staff, especially Jasmine and Le, was world class. They realized it was my birthday while there and I was treated to an outlandishly beautiful cake , bouquet of flowers and cards signed by all. Pool gym were good but the weather wasn’t cooperating and main restaurant was an amazing venue. The fact that the entire hotel, indeed the city as a whole was decked out for Christmas made the stay even more special. Check out the long bar, staff was very nice and you can buy a bottle of wine which they will hold till your return the next day

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were beyond luxurious. The breakfast buffet was absolutely magnificent. There was so much variety and the food was so fresh. The location was so central and the views from our room over the river and across the city were wonderful. Service was excellent and all staff members were very attentive and professional. As we had booked a suite we had access to the club lounge. The food and beverage offerings in the club lounge were also great and the staff there were professional and helpful. The only criticism with the club lounge is that no one really explains how it works and what the offerings are so we had to keep asking questions about serving times, what was included and also had to keep flagging down a staff member for drinks during the evening cocktails for drinks. Overall though we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there on our return to Ho Ch Minh.

Wow! It’s hard to find the proper words to describe our experience here. Whatever we write it can’t give justice to how good our stay at The Reverie has been. Everything from the immaculate decor, the attention to detail and the incredible service has been outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond all our expectations to give us the perfect ending to our honeymoon.

A very warm welcome awaited us at every turn at this most opulent hotel in the heart of Saigon. Absolutely loved this hotel - stunning design and incredible service. Rooms were spacious, insanely comfy beds and the pool / spa provided some serenity amongst the bustle of this vibrant city.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. Specifically have to commend Van who was extremely Attentive in supporting my partner with some requests she had. That said all the hotel staff were very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
