Wonderful hotel in the perfect location
This hotel is opulent and vibrant and absolutely wonderful. The service impeccable. Everyone was SO nice. The bed was delightful. The rain shower was amazing. Soft robes and towels. We stayed in the panorama deluxe room, and the view was epic. What a great thing to see at the end of every night and first thing in the morning. Free mini bar and water was a wonderful perk. Would highly recommend and we'll be staying here again.

Good food, decent view, pleasant experience. Price is bit icky.
It was a short but pleasant trip during my stay at The Reverie, the service is expected of a 5 star hotel. It's rather pricey but you get what you pay for. Had dinner down at the hotel's fine dining restaurant called The Long and it was rather lively since it was in front of the Nguyen Hue pedestrian square. The food and drinks are good and diverse, especially the mix platter, and pizzas too, decent view experience and thanks to a server named Truyen. Guy helped me to pick which one is good or not and gave me good service and a talkative one at that too. Cool bloke. Might come again.

Saigon Reverie and Phuong are the best!
Phuong with the airport service was such an incredible help and provided the BEST service! We loved our stay at the Reverie that when we can back from Thailand, we booked another stay there! Everyone is so kind and helpful and we couldn't be happier! Can't wait to come back again and have Phuong help us with airport transport and the entire team with their impeccable service!

One of the best hotels in South East Asia
The service is incredible, very professional friendly and helpful. There was a little misunderstanding with the room, but immediately a solution was found, apologies made. As an apology we where rewarded with a real good quality bottle of French wine. All the staff. Reception, room service and restaurant where very professional and friendly, but one lady at reception Mrs NHI went out of her way to fix the problems. I do not remember all names, but a thank you goes to the front manager Mr. Ky.
