From the booking all the way to the check out it was an amazing experience punctuated by excellent service all round. The staff were amazing, amenities world class and the rooms were delightful. We had a large room overlooking the river which gave spectacular views.

A wonderful hotel. We stayed in a panorama deluxe room and it was gorgeous. The view of the city was spectacular. The team on the ground floor were professional, leading us to our tour guides and giving us directions. The concierge set us up with a private tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels with an English speaking guide. Most importantly, my husband had a case of very bad food poisoning (not from the hotel). He was room bound and the staff were so great. It seemed as though the staff had been told and everyone was asking how he was doing and how they could help. We were very appreciative. Food from room service and the bar restaurant was great.

On April 17, 2025 I requested to speak to the manager of the Reverie to inform the hotel of a disturbance. I informed the manager about a live streamer who was not a guest of the hotel who was walking around the hotel to satisfy his audience online, and who has a long history of insulting people he walks by for his live stream audience. Instead of looking into the details of my complaint, the reception/duty manager (I cannot name him or he will report this review as he has in the past in order to hide his atrocious behavior) called security on me and very rudely kicked me out of the hotel for no reason, claiming I had no proof although I had proof but he never asked to see it. The behavior by the Reverie duty manager was wildly hostile, arrogant, disrespectful and shocking. This was the weirdest experience of my life. I was trying to secure the safety of guests in the hotel (including my own) and I was kicked out for complaining. If you value your privacy you should avoid this hotel. But if you do not mind being made fun of to a global audience by some live streamer, this hotel might be for you. Real high-end hotels safeguard their guests' privacy. The Reverie is no high-end hotel, but merely a mirage. Please read the 1 and 2 star reviews to get an accurate view of this hotel. After reading the 1 and 2-star reviews for Reverie, I noticed this same duty manager was frequently mentioned by name when issues were handled poorly. Other times, his position is referred to without naming him (duty manager, etc.). There seems to be a pattern here.

The staff member named LOC at the concierge desk of the Reverie Saigon Hotel was extremely kind and provided detailed information about sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh City and tours to the Cu Chi Tunnels. In all my travels, I have never met someone as kind and helpful as him. I believe having such a staff member is a great asset to this hotel. Thank you.
