Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel is located in a very nice area within short walking distance to many places, such as the opera house, the cafe apartments, Ho Chi Minh statue, Ben Thanh market and the post office. There’s a lot of nearby luxury shops for fashionistas as well as plenty of restaurants to satisfy all budgets. The location is central as during our stay, there was a Hozo music festival at the same time and we could see the main stage from our room. Staff at the hotel were all very helpful and spoke excellent English. We also had breakfast each morning and highly recommend it. It is a huge assortment of both Western and Asian choices. I particularly liked the fresh juices in the refrigerator and the pork belly banh mi. The room felt like it was remodeled fairly recently and was very clean and spacious. Overall, this hotel is a little more luxurious than the average Sheraton hotel in the US. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location that is also very safe.

The hotel is well staffed, clean and has good amenities. We have a two wonderful servers in the bar Pham and Vy that took care of us very well after a long travel day. The food and alcohol options in the lobby bar were great. The breakfast on the club level was also good. I hope to try the wine bar tonight.

I went to HCMC for a solo trip, and to easily access to most of attractions I chose to stay in D1 and Sheraton popped up in my search. The stay was great. The lobby and room were nicely furnished and decorated. The employees were also very nice, especially that one bellman Lam To (idk if I remember his name right) was extremely supportive and helpful. He even suggested some places, which only locals know, open till late night. I was very surprised w the service and the people here. Highly recommend.

Rooms are nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable bed. The staff is amazing, especially Hoa in the business lounge, and Trieu and the fellas at the door…visit enough times and they’ll greet you by name. Really nice. I can’t recommend this hotel more.

I’ve been coming here for several years and have always had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff here is extremely professional and friendly. Big shout out to the amazing laundry service which will rival any professional dry cleaning service in Europe. They even offer an 3 hour express service which is extremely helpful when travelling on business. The gym is big enough and has Technogym equipment. That being said, it could do with a revamp soon. This is probably coming since one of the two towers is currently under complete renovation. I’m already looking forward to staying in the new rooms. The Club Lounge is airy and spacious but I actually prefer breakfast at Saigon Cafe, the main breakfast room. The variety of choices is vast and I’m always having a hard time deciding what I should eat since everything is if high quality. Lastly, the location is excellent as you’ll be able to explore District 1 by foot
