Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

Even before my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I was able to learn about local activities from Mr.Khon Tu of the hotel's concierge team, which made my time there very enjoyable. The hotel facilities, the atmosphere of the Club Lounge, and the local staff were excellent, and we will use this hotel again next time

i really love the coffee here in sheraton the lobby lounge also the steak is so good and fresh… i highly recommend this lounge the staff is very friendly and food and drinks is nice.. looking forward for my next vacation will come back here again

Mr. Tu Le is very helpful and answer all my questions and give me advise on my first stay this hotel. All experiences of staying here is very good. I would like to visit again because of the good services and helpful provided. Me TU Le is very good and polite.

The hotel is fantastic. Location could not be better - in the middle of the vibrant city, you find everything around. The personnel is very nice, service is just amazing. Rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. the club facility give opportunities to relax and connect with collegues, as well as have some food and drinks.

Husband travelled on business first week of November: From the moment of arrival nothing is too much trouble at this oasis from the chaotic energy of the city. Check in was swift and simple and the rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Knowing I was travelling for business the receptionist kindly placed me as far from any street disturbance as possible. While there I only used the pool briefly but as with every else, it was well staffed and every need was catered for. As a group we did use the meeting rooms which were available on time and suitable for our needs. It was an ideal location for the meetings at our Vietnam office not far away but also is very close to many options for retail therapy! A very impressive experience delivered by every member of staff I met at the hotel.
