Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

My 3 week stay was very pleasant. Rooms are good and clean. All staff were friendly and attentive. The executive lounge is very good plsce to relax , food and beverage choice excellent, staff excellent. Hotel right in city center. Only one minus at the moment are the renovation works in one of the towers. Hindrance is kept however to a minimum. In all I had an excellent stay

Our stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel was pleasurable. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. One particular member of staff stood out for her gracious and professional service. Her name is Huyen and she a great asset to the hotel after serving us at both the Chinese restaurant and the lounge bar. Jan, Tom and Juliet.

Libai restaurant was very good, staff friendly and good quality. I was there with my family for lunch then Mr Hao at drive way go over his position to offer our grand mother the wheelchair service. He even helped her straight to the restaurant as we did not expected. Thanks again for food service, good food. Will be back soon for a stay.

Third time staying here, and as wonderful as ever. A special shout out to the staff at the fitness club and the elite lounge, who go above and beyond! Renovation of the Opera Tower is underway, but the staff have done a fabulous time minimizing the disruption. And the renovation will be worth it --there are intriguing design updates underway in the pool-bar in particular, but I'm sure -- given the care and attention to detail customary to this hotel -- the whole thing will be superb. I look forward to staying again.

I have had my business trip and staying here almost a weeks' time. Just simply message via the BONVOY app to contact the hotel and easy to use. I have got a chef made chocolate for the level-up in this trip, bonus treat! Only a comment about the hotel shower room, it would be perfect the hotel can enhance the cleaning of wall corners and shower head.
