Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

We traveled as part of a group tour, staying for two nights in room 610. Before we arrived our room was changed from a double to a twin. On arrival our coach was not allowed to stop at the front of the hotel meaning my wife, who has limited mobility, had to cross a busy street before walking to the hotel. This was repeated when ever we exited or entered the hotel during our stay. On arrival we found we could not use the main entrance and were ushered along to the last available door. After collecting our key we were stopped by the staff from using the first available lift and along with many others had to wait about 10 minutes before we could get into one. The above was fed back to the duty manager at reception today (21/2) who couldn’t seem to care less.

Sheraton gathering happens on every Saturday and it’s free. There are people of all age, even U80. Yet, we made a great team together. These Aqua games are just simple activities under water. Sometimes we have calisthenics. It is suitable for anyone who wants to have time for themselves at the weekend. A healthy fitness, a fun time, some new networkings are what you will get.

I had a great time at The Lounge in Sheraton Saigon. The food was really good, and I loved trying all the different dishes. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. They made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. I was there on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2025, and they gave me a special drink. It was so nice of them! The drink looked pretty and tasted amazing. I was really touched by this small gift. It made my day even better. The whole place had a cozy feel, and I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. The prices were fair for such good food and service. I think it's a great spot for both locals and tourists. Next time I'm in Saigon, I'll definitely come back to The Lounge. I can't wait to try more of their food and drinks. I'm going to tell all my friends about this place when they visit Saigon. They should really check it out. It's perfect for a nice meal or just hanging out with friends. The Lounge at Sheraton Saigon is now one of my favorite places in the city.

Excellent customer service . The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They make sure, especially the staff at the Sheraton Lounge were all taken care of. High five to Ms. Truong who tirelessly attended to the guests at the hotel during happy hours, and breakfast, too.

This hotel resets the bar of my expectations in hotels. I’ve come to expect hotels internationally are better in many ways. From hospitality to the food and through customer service I have come to expect a lot. This trip my mind has been blown on how good this hotel is. The staff made you feel welcomed as you approached the hotel. The food, the variety is beautiful, and the execution is tasty. Every time I take a stroll through, I am so tempted to try everything. There wasn’t anything that I didn't find tasty. The have a lovely soup station which rotates dishes daily. The juice bar where you can get fresh pressed juiced, and one day they even had coconut for coconut water. This is the hotel to stay at when you’re in HCMC. Special shout out to Stephen for taking the time in touching our table and having such a delightful friendly chat.
