Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

The staff here are fantastic! I wish I could give this hotel 6 or 7 stars because everyone truly exemplifies what a five-star experience feels like. All the staff members I encountered seemed genuinely happy and grateful to work at the Sheraton. Even my housekeeper was incredibly kind. My mom and I stayed here for a week, and we felt treated like family. From the valet to the doorman, front desk to bellman, and the entire team at the club lounge, thank you all! You made both of us feel so special. I greatly appreciate the lovely room upgrade. I had stayed at Le Meridien last year (it’s close to the Sheraton), and while that hotel was nice, I ultimately chose the Sheraton this time and couldn't be happier with my decision. The bathroom in our room was spacious, which was great since sharing a room with my mom for a week can be challenging. The food at the lounge was outstanding, and I wanted to thank you for the delightful menu. Both my mom and I set our alarms for 6:30 AM to ensure we wouldn’t miss breakfast—definitely an experience not to be missed! They also offered afternoon tea and evening dining with happy hour service. This is not your typical U.S. club lounge; this hotel goes above and beyond. They provide complimentary drinks, including liquor, beer, wine, and sodas, along with different menus each day. After a week, I still looked forward to every meal and never got bored with the food. I’ll definitely miss both the staff and this hotel. Next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City, the Sheraton will be my top choice. If I had to live in a hotel forever, it would be Sheraton Saigon Hotel. Pro tip: don’t forget to ask the staff for their Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk; it's delicious! I would like to extend a special thank you to Hang Nguyen in the breakfast club lounge. I had several wonderful interactions with her, and she even recommended some great restaurants in Danang. Thank you again, Hang Nguyen from Rooms Division, for the lovely upgrade. I truly appreciate it!

I am very happy and excting because of sheronton all member excellent service especailly fifth floor service and more Ms Tho is very excellent and she always smile and very kind.

We stayed here last night…fantastic staff, great location, beautiful views from our suite on 24th floor! The executive lounge is one of the best we’ve experienced (huge food selection and the friendliest staff). We highly recommend this hotel!

The Sheraton Saigon Hotel has been my first choice to choose whenever I visited Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel room was so clean, the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. The fitness center was not big but it had all the equipments which I needed to burn out calories. The location of the hotel was so close to all the shopping, eating and entertaining. I was in and out of the hotel for seven days between November and December 2024, I can’t wait to check back in again when I visit Vietnam next time.
