Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers

Just returned from another wonderful stay at the Sheraton Saigon, and once again, the service exceeded all expectations. The staff are consistently attentive and genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special highlight this time was participating in the aqua activities organised by Sheraton Fitness. These sessions were well-structured, fun, and a great way to stay active during my stay. I’d also like to give a special mention to Hàng and Nhu from the Club team. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference, ensuring every moment in the Club Lounge was enjoyable and relaxing. I look forward to returning again soon!

All the service in the hotel was excellent. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and admired the kindness of the hotel every day. The breakfast service was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. In the case of the Chinese dim sum buffet, the first serving style solved the only drawback of the buffet, and the kindness of the staff and the quality of the food were worth many times the price. The dinner seafood buffet was presented by cooking a variety of fresh seafood in an excellent way and made me really want to visit again as a seafood lover. Especially during the 4-day stay, Ms. Tho's kindness was memorable. I thank her with a smile for always providing more help than I needed. I'm proud that my 4-day trip to Vietnam with Sheraton was the best choice. Thank you.

Long weekend holiday The city is vibrant with the impending 50th anniversary of the reunification coming on April 30. Upgraded to a beautiful suite with a view of the river. Lounge access, which affords a lovely breakfast and hoping same for happy hour. Staff is impeccable and a good experience in this file with a manicure massage. Location is perfect near the opera and historic buildings and an easy walk to the river.

The rooms very spacious and comfortable.Bathroom had separate shower with a handrails, bath also had a handrail and lower rails in each side to assist getting up which was a great safety feature for any one with restricted mobility or for older guests. Breakfast was good with many choices to suit all tastes and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and would highly recommend

I arrived late today (nearly every single time) to the activity, but because the activities have been always a good time for me so I'll just arrive to the pool to enjoy fun a time chatting and swimming, but also some challenging game that even I'm not fond of it, I still enjoy it. I highly recommend everyone to join Sheraton Fitness Underwater Activities. Don't be shy, we love more members to join.
