Sofitel Saigon Plaza

Sofitel Saigon Plaza is a luxurious hotel, with well appointed comfortable rooms. We had a luxury room with club access. From the start of our booking the team were very attentive asking what bed comfort level we prefer, and transfers to and from the airport in luxury sedans. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only reason I rated this hotel as 4 not 5 stars was the lounge staff and pool bar experience. The lounge staff were often new and needed to be asked to order food, clear plates etc rather than them using initiative. The pool staff were friendly but didn’t offer a pool lounge service, we had to get up repeatedly to order drinks, get cutlery etc. My expectation for a 5 star hotel is that this service would be offered so we could relax entirely. Other than these two items mentioned every thing else was excellent. Highly recommend the restaurants and bar too. The concierge team were excellent, they went above and beyond. Location wise the hotel is very central, we walked to all the major attractions and didn’t need a taxi. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere, with beautifully designed rooms and excellent facilities. While the room wasn’t the newest, it was well-maintained, clean, and definitely worth the value. The staff were kind and attentive, always ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. The location is also great, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

The concierge team was fabulous. A big thanks to : Minh, Andy, Tai, and Tim ! No question too much trouble.. they are in the know about great places for diner, shopping and walking . They made my visit special! Overall the hotel is lovely.. my only comment is around the buffet. It's plentiful, lots of choice for everyone. However, the food was always cold, ( even coming directly from the kitchen).when it should have been piping hot. The rooms are large, and well appointed. The music in the lobby, perfect when waiting to meet friends.chilling on the pool deck, having a dip and enjoying the view a great way to end a busy day!
