Sofitel Saigon Plaza

As a Diamond Member I have stay at this Hotel multiple times now the last time was January though February totalling 29 days including Tet festival which very enjoyable. The staff at the Hotel try there very best to look after all there guests. I usually stay with the Club Lounge on the 18th floor. The staff at the Lounge are brilliant and very attentive just like the rest of the Hotel try there very best to look after there guests especially Tram (manager) Anne, Astrid, Lucy, Zoe, Lotte, Evelyn, Marcus, Brian and Serena who has just finished her contract and really would have like to stay with the Hotel, maybe the Hotel could offer her something, the same go for Lotte and Evelyn. The Housekeeping staff are very good to keep the rooms clean, especially Thanh Ngoc and evening guy Hai, thank you. I would also like to mention Tim on concierge. Tim has always booked my cars and fast track for the airport with no problems what so ever, thank you. I must not forget the lovely Abbie who works on the reception desks ,a very hard working lady, also st25 restaurant which you should try, especially Amber and Mille, enjoy to have met you. The Hotel is well placed in district 1 to visit tourist sites. The old presidential place and the war museum are worth a visit.

Luxury in the heart of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is in an excellent location near all the tourist attractions and the Saigon river. Stand outs for us is the breakfast one of the best for choices , the executive lounge and the pool area, special mention to the bar staff at the pool bar they are really friendly and welcoming they make your day. Shout out to Triet, Thong and Nhat you are a true asset to the Sofitel.

Great location with easy access to most of the cities tourist attractions. All of the staff we encountered where friendly and only to eager to assist as required.

My family's trip to Vietnam was fantastic, and we stayed at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel. A sizable hotel with a swimming pool on the 18th floor, close to the heart of the city, is a worthwhile experience where our family may observe the center's general features. Three members of the swimming pool personnel (Thong, Triet, and Hieu) are highly eager and kind, which makes for an entertaining experience for my family. I will have the chance to go back to Vietnam and remain here in the hopes of seeing my three pals once again.

What a great experience! As an Accor loyalty member, I received an upgrade and the service in the Lounge was perfect! The pool service and breakfast were also impeccable. I had to change my travel plans and I will probably stay here again. Thank you for everything, I hope to see you soon!
