Beautiful Hotel within Walking Distance to Hoi An Old City
Check-in was a real treat with drink, towel, snacks & above-all, a 10-min shoulder massage! Since we booked the River-view room, we could also book a 60-min complimentary signature massage! The room was beautiful & spacious, though we needed to take care with the few stairs leading to the Bedroom. Fruit bowl was replenished daily, though they didn’t refill the Dragon Fruit & Mango any more. Everyone were extremely friendly & we were always greeted warmly, esp when we came back to the Hotel. Food was good. Their made-to-order Egg Benedict was one of the best. Dinner was also good with beautiful river view. The hotel was within walking distance to Hoi An Old City. We visited the Full Moon Festival & it was romantic & beautiful! Would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel!

Great and enjoyable stay!
Superb location on the banks of the river- and walking distance to old town etc. wonderful colonial style property. Excellent breakfast and overall arrive. Ms Hai Asst Mgr extremely helpful. Definitely will go back.

Disappointment of room quality. Service being Vietnamese is excellent.
At more than double the price of many TripAdvisor 5* hotels, this leaves much to be desired. 2 types of rooms exactly the same except water view or not. Water view has a premium of $100 US. Looking into the rooms from the doorway is like looking into a dungeon, with cheap tacky furniture and ridiculous Bath/Shower. Check other hotels.

Perfect location and staff
Perfectly located a short walking distance from the old town and great biking to the beach and sea. The staff could not be more friendly. Receptionists were perfectly friendly and helped with absolutely everything - including help source new prescription sunglasses in 24 hours! Pool was glorious and breakfast superb. Slight disappointment with their bar which is a soulless room on the end but we had drinks in main restaurant with wonderful views over the river. This really is an absolute gem of a place to stay with the most wonderful people. Thank you. Mister Mark and Madam Valerie!!
