Anantara Hoi An Resort is a sumptuous product of the eclectic cultural mix that makes up Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where merchants from around the world traded and left their imprint on the city. Rooms and suites are housed in two- and three-story French Colonial buildings, where a fusion of European and Asian design sensibilities create a contemporary environment accented by rich wood and splashes of color. Watch lantern-lit boats coast by at the riverside restaurant or board your own for an unforgettable dinner cruise.

We stayed 5 nights at Anantara Hoi An and loved it! The team is extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent. They have a vegetarian menu so I got to try different noodles every morning. The bread and pastries were very soft and delicious. They always had a variety of fruits. The location of the hotel is right outside old town so can easily walk to restaurants and market. Would definitely stay here again.

Just 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town of Hanoi this hotel is a perfect location to get away from all the business of the main streets. Right on the river, beautifully decorated rooms, great breakfast and spa services. Highly recommend and I would defiantly go back to it.

We found the Anantara a pleasant experience and a peaceful haven after the noise in town from over loud karaoke and bar speakers who seem to compete across the river! The room was very large and on two levels. It was traditionally decorated but modern with all facilities you’d expect. Very reasonable laundry prices too which we used (two weeks in to our trip!). Breakfast was good - not short of anything and all the staff were lovely and kind. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Was surprised to be offered an upgrade to a room overlooking the river. There was an extra charge per night which we negotiated down to $100 a night. There was plenty of space in the hotel so we were sad that the upgrade was not complimentary. however it was an outstanding room. Coulldn't fault the facilities including the Spa. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.
