The Nam Hai Hoi An

A piece of Paradise in Vietnam and it's the best Four Seasons that my family has been to! It was a very family-friendly resort that they need to advertise more. They greeted the kids with their own straw hats, desserts, and various toys! It was touching when they left a card to play hide-and-week with one of their toys. And on top of it, the resort has a kid club where the kids loved spending 1.5 hours at while we got a massage!! Their attention to detail went as far as providing a stool in the bathroom for the kids to reach the sink and a local mosquito repellant bottle! Their hospitality and service is always the best. The breakfast buffet is memorable and delicious! I highly recommend at least 2 nights here. It's a great home base to tour Hoi An and Jade Mountain

The best FS that we have stayed at so far! Each and every staff member should be employee of the year! We stayed 6 days and we did not want to leave. So peaceful and perfect in every way! I also visited the spa and had an amazing 2.5 hr experience. I also had a session with their Naturalist which is a must if you are looking to gain some insight into your health. Pool time was an absolute must in the afternoon! Our pool attendant was Ty ( forgive me if I did not spell correctly) and met all of our needs. We will definitely come back to see you all! ❤️

My family checked in yesterday after a very, very long journey that had ended with 1.5 hours at baggage claim and one of our suitcases missing due to the airline not loading it on the plane in Seattle. When we let the resort know why it was taking us so long to escape the airport and meet the FS driver, they told us,”Don’t worry, we will call and find out where your bag is and we’ll go get it when it arrives at the airport and bring it to you.” That immediately made it better to not have the stress of having to keep calling the airline ourselves. Then, about 15 minutes after checking into our villa, An (our pool villa butler) arrived with big complimentary baskets for each of the three of us containing toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, facial cleanser, underwear, a shirt, a pair of shorts, mouthwash, and a manicure kit. He said they’d grabbed everything they thought we might need until our suitcase arrives so we could start enjoying our vacation right away. We were so grateful and overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness, generosity, and kindness. This extraordinary, extravagant service and care for their guests is why I will always choose Four Seasons resorts.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! Thanks a lot

We stayed here for four nights in November 2024. This is a beautiful hotel located on the beach about 15 minutes from Hoi An city center. We stayed in an ocean-view villa with a private patio that opened straight onto the beach and looked out over the ocean. There was also a sitting area inside with the same view for when it was too hot or buggy to be outside. The service, amenities, and staff were excellent, as you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel, as was the breakfast. There is an excellent white-sand beach and three gorgeous and huge infinity pools that we thoroughly enjoyed for both swimming and lounging. One of them is designated the “quiet” pool, which we particularly appreciated, since we were traveling without children. We found Hoi An to be crowded and over-populated with tourists and were happy that we chose to stay outside of town. We easily made excursions into the city for food and shopping. There is a shuttle bus that runs a few times each day to and from the hotel, but we just took a taxi for about $5. We highly recommend this hotel as a luxurious basecamp for your adventures in this area.
