The place to remember

Wonderful stay!
Aiz and Mat made our stay incredible. It’s the extra touch and care that made the stay special! As someone who stays in hotels 40 plus nights a year, it takes a lot for me to write a review, but I felt compelled after the extra effort. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

The Thompson is a very high-end hotel, the hotel itself is amazing, the bar is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and lovely. The staff was fabulously amazing, professional, and low key. The location is slightly off from the main part of Hollywood. Easy access to the 101 freeway.

Amazing
Excellent Service from Carmen! We had a wonderful experience thanks to Carmen! She was always so kind, left our room spotless, and paid great attention to detail. We also really appreciated that she speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier. Her professionalism and warm personality made our stay even better.

Another great stay at a Thompson hotel
The Thompson once again was fabulous. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby bar is a great place to stop for a drink after a flight in and on the way out before each evening. The entire team was welcoming and on point. Room was sooo clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Osualdo. This guy knows how to make you feel like royalty as you approach the door. He was attentive and helpful and there each time we entered and exited the hotel. Very kind and easy going Thanks all , we already booked a May 2025 return !
