Ania is amazing!
Great experience all around. We met Ania in housekeeping and she was so sweet and nice! She did a great job cleaning our room! The food in the restaurants was delicious as well. We were in a lower level room so we did not hear any music playing during the weekend.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Housekeeping!
We had such a fantastic stay at Thompson Hollywood! The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. What made it even better was the amazing housekeeping service. Our housekeeper was absolutely lovely—so kind, friendly, and always had a warm smile. She kept our room spotless and took the time to have a nice chat with us, making us feel truly welcome. It’s little things like this that make a trip extra special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Unacceptable experience
It is unacceptable that guest comfort and service be compromised because of the rooftop bar. Access to our room was extremely difficult, as only one elevator was working, and access to it was very difficult due to the congestion of people trying to get into the rooftop bar. The security staff inside the elevator was extremely rude, snatching the room key card inside the elevator a couple of times. The rooftop bar, which is for external use, should not compromise guests' stay. It should have exclusive access for external users so as not to interfere with guests' comfort. Likewise, the comfort of the rooms must be guaranteed by isolating the external noise generated by this bar.

5 out of 5 amazing house keeper Ania was the best also very fast paced tool an extra step and folded our clothes great service. Our room is now clean and very comfortable Ania also brought me ice because I couldn’t find it which is very friendly of her definitely coming back
