The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton

First time at this beautiful hotel! Suite is spacious and airy. Beds are extremely comfy. Their service was next level. Housekeeping came twice a day, once to tidy the room and later to offer fresh towels and toiletries. A Special shout out to INGRID for going out of her way to fulfill our requests. She was so pleasant and did everything with a smile. The New Lobby is stunning with that tropical vibe. Beach front staff give five-star level service! Concierge provided us with maps for biking. All in all a beautiful experience. This will be our new florida destination! Thank You!

Hotel failed to provide notice of disruptive renovation. Large areas were under construction and unavailable. Also very loud. Jackhammers at the pool may be necessary, but rates should have reflected that and notice should have been given. Room amenities were out of service (phone did not work.) but was charged for them anyway. Resort fee is simply an additional tax. There is not value. Cleaning was late or not done. Carpet was sticky and gross. Single ply TP was…single ply. No ability for me (gold member) to have noon checkout. But I could pay to store bags until I left. Entry/valet/drop off was poorly coordinated. No system and no one to lead and direct it. Just mass chaos. Rooms = meh. Bed okay and linens relatively clean, but stained. Would choose another location if I had the choice. Definitely not worth the rates charged. Better at a courtyard or garden in.

Staying here for a business conference and very impressed with the resort They have a prime location, impeccably clean rooms, and a friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to cater to my needs starting with Stephanie at registration . Stephanie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and started my trip off right! She checked me in effortlessly which I greatly appreciated after a 4 hour car ride. I travel for work and I recognize hotel staff who excel at their job and provide outstanding customer service - Stephanie checks both boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again and I Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Great beach service —amazing staff especially Arthur, Gio, & Shyanna made my mom’s birthday special. It was a comfortable stay with our 7 month old and very nice to have a pack and play on site. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a later checkout than 1pm but made it work with the beach/pool as our shower!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent beach area. The staff was all very attentive. Main complaint is that there was a lot of construction going on with one of the pools closed and it made the pool area extremely loud. I would give it another shot when the construction is completed.
