Elevators and Valet are a nightmare

Nice building, the rooms and ocean view are very nice, but be aware of the check in and out times, the elevators get jammed, had to wait over 45 minutes just to get down from the 18th floor. Also, their valet parking gets bottlenecked. Not a pleasant experience.

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool and amazing view. Close to restaurants and few steps from the beach. We’d stay again for sure. Easy access to rental cars, north of Hollywood where you can find plenty of restaurants and beach activities.

My stay here has been the best! The room, and the view was perfect. The front desk agent, Nadine, was amazing. She had great reccomendations for food. She has been a great help and is obviously of great value to the resort. Hope to come again soon!
