We received the best service from Nadine Ellis at the front desk! Our check in and check out process was seamless. She took the time to explain where everything was and give recommendations on where to go. Our stay was nothing less than perfect!

Unit 2406 with Enviro as the host. Omg this was the most disgraceful unit to stay. They charged so much and the place is not even clean. Please stay away from this unit. Also has a ramp and no sign you can actually hurt yourself pretty bad. The resort fees are just insane, everything is extra.Adrian Ortiz from valet worst rude person ever. But the building and location by the beach was beautiful. But the unit we stayed unfortunately was not clean. It was disappointing, old unit that requires upgrades, the sink was clogged with hairs, maintenance came to fix it. The owner of the unit wanted to make it up to us by offering chocolates and a bottle of wine little he knew i dont drink. They offered to clean the place after the fact, when the unit should have been cleaned before we arrived. It was disgusting i left 2 days earlier i couldn’t stay in a unit that needed cleaning and they only offered to clean it because it was dirty indeed. Judge for yourself on the pictures below

Never again in our lives will we stay here we were charged a cleaning fee for what to come into a dirty room and then be told thank you for letting us know about the room not being that cleaned then to top it off numerous messages to them about cockroaches and get the same response thank you for letting us know we will make sure to let our maintenance team know like wtf this is not acceptable they are robbing nickel and diming people for something that isn’t even done so what do they do with all the money the receive for cleaning fees they definitely are not cleaning the place. Beds were so uncomfortable, floors and counters were not cleaned, half the walls in room look black, and we kept having to kill cockroaches left and right it’s insane a total disgust and totally unacceptable. I will be making sure I further escalate this to the attorney general, better business bureau and board of health this place is unsanitary not good condition for people especially family’s with kids. I will be fighting for my money back and will also dispute with my bank and make sure this place is blasted all over the place. STAY FAR FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN FILTH THEN STAY HERE BUT OTHER THAN THAT BETTER TO FIND SOME WHERE ELSE !!

Nice building, the rooms and ocean view are very nice, but be aware of the check in and out times, the elevators get jammed, had to wait over 45 minutes just to get down from the 18th floor. Also, their valet parking gets bottlenecked. Not a pleasant experience.
