The absolute worst service you can find in any hotel anywhere even worse than Best Western or Red Roof Inn. Maid doesn’t replace towels and when you request more towels, they leave them in a garbage bag by your front door on the floor. When we were waiting for the room to get ready, we were called three different times by someone at the front desk and told it was ready only to go back to the front desk and wait another 15 minutes to be told it actually was not ready. When we tried to cancel our reservation before we ended up coming here we were told that there was a cancellation fee yet the website clearly says that on complementary rooms canceled by 9 pm the night before check in there is no fee. Terrible service, terrible service at Rise Cafe. Slow service and then servers are not friendly and hand your food lots across the table to you. Horrible service in the casino and tightest slots anywhere as well as bad unfriendly blackjack dealers. Stay away. If this place didn’t have a lock in gambling in Florida it would close down.

Fun expensive place to visit, food court is ok. The pool area is very nice. The guitar hotel is very cool, comfortable beds. Plenty on slot machines and $10-25 blackjack tables. If you want a smoke free gambling area, they have an entire section for that. Over all it's a cool place to visit.

Perfect hotel for a concert. I really enjoy staying at HardRock and watching a concert. There is a convenience that I really appreciate. That being said this isn’t a luxury hotel. It is what it is for a hotel with a casino and smoking. It's a fun party hotel so it isn’t as well take care of or as new as some other Florida Hotels. We stayed in the Guitar. The shower was pretty awesome but I’m not sure if it was worth the extra money. The pool area was pretty. The customer service at the restaurants was good. The waitstaff was all friendly. It’s a solid 4/5.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Our flight from Toronto was cancelled early this morning and we are still being charged full price. Not only are they not refunding the deposit amount but they are charging us the balance of the stay even though I called them at 8:00am. I realize the cancellation was less than 24 hours from check in but it was out of our control. I even offered to submit proof of flight cancellation from airline. This hotel has made a bad day even worse. Completely unreasonable and greedy in my opinion.

There were issues, but Patrick at the front desk made strong efforts and resolved the issue. I've chosen to give 3 stars, because it took half of my stay to resolve the issue, and the offer of compensation was paltry compared to the inconvenience caused.
