Cordis, Hong Kong

The hotel is centrally located in Kowloon and very convenient for tourists. The room is very spacious for Hong Kong standard. The most important thing about this hotel is the staff. They are generally very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Jocelyn and Lily at the club lounge level. Both of them are very customer oriented and professional. They will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I really appreciate their dedication and service during my stay in Cordis hotel. I am sure I will come back to this hotel when I visit Hong Kong in the future and I will recommend this hotel to others.

Prior to 2019, we visited Hong Kong each year and always stayed at Cordis. We decided to visit Hong Kong again in 2025 and booked a one-week accommodation with breakfast at Cordis. During our stay, we were delighted by the excellent services provided by the front desk and the housekeeping staff. We also want to give a special shout out to the awesome team at The Place (buffet restaurant). Front Desk Staff Jaco– thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us for early check-in. We appreciate your friendly welcome, getting to know us, and connecting with us to ensure our needs are met. Michael – Appreciate the warm welcome during breakfast and remembering my son’s favorite drink Eula – Love the family photo and the special message from The Place Team. Yuki – Thank you for your attentiveness and ensuring that we have snacks for our flight. Thank you all for the memorable experience and making our stay feel like “home away from home”. We will stay at Cordis again during our next visit to Hong Kong.

We visited Hong Kong 5 days 4 nights and we stayed at Cordis. It was so convenient with MTR and department stores connection directly to hotel. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Everything was stunning. The rooms were immaculate, the service was perfect, and everyone was so kind and helpful when I checked out the pool, I was in awe, and even the locker room was amazing with steam saunas and a sauna! The buffet was AMAZING and worth it. i have been there every time I go to Hong Kong (which is a lot) I love it so much and I'm missing it
