Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

The staff was very unfriendly that they insisted that my friends needed some rest to leave their bar manager requested. This was too totally disappointing that this world renowned bar to have this ridiculous service hospitality. Sorry but I would strongly discourage people will would got drunk easily to visit this bar at night.

What an oasis of luxury! The Executive Club at the Four Seasons Hong Kong is the perfect way to stay sharp for work and then relax when you have down time. This was my second stay, this time for a week of business. The convenience and service in the Executive Club provided the perfect support for my trip. From early morning breakfast to late day snacks, nighttime trips to the spa for a steam, and restorative time after business, the hotel was the key to my successful trip. Mandy Wong orchestrates everything that you need, thinking two steps ahead. The entire Executive Club staff is wonderful - attentive, courteous and warm. Elise Lin will learn all of your preferences and make sure they are met. Ray Ho runs the airport team and will make sure your arrival and departure are efficient and timely. The chefs in the Executive Club will amaze you with local cuisine, upscale versions of Hong Kong classics, as well as selections from around the world, and the staff inside the club will treat you with the warmth of a favorite relative. Breakfast is sumptuous, the afternoon tea service will carry you through the late day, and dinner will be a feast. The rooms are stunning, with great views, comfortable beds, large bathrooms and beautiful furniture. The location is also amazing, easy point of departure to Kowloon or other areas of interest. Look no further - this is your hotel - the best in Hong Kong.

Excellent in every way. Great service and very attentive staff, particularly the pool area. Beautiful and comfortable bedroom. Helpful staff at reception and with luggage. Have been to many Four Seasons hotels, around the world and this is one of the best. Wonderful pool area and views.

Four Seasons in Hong Kong is truly amazing! Not only because it’s new and beautiful with an awesome infinity pool, but also because of the people who work there. A very special thank you to Charles Tsang and Yuki Koo for making our stay even more enjoyable - they are absolutely fantastic!! We are also thankful to Meko at the concierge, who gave us many great suggestions for exploring Hong Kong! We would definitely recommend getting the room with the harbor view – it’s absolutely breathtaking!! We were laughing about how we had to peel ourselves off those huge windows every day, especially at night )) Overall we all decided that this hotel was our favorite out of the other FS that we have stayed at over the years of travel (in the US, Europe and Asia). Would definitely love to come back one day! 💙

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s classic Four Seasons luxury (bedding, high quality furnishings, timely housekeeping) but add in three incredible restaurants and some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The airport transfer team is unbelievably good.
