Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Sadly, this rating is predicated on a single negative experience that left an lasting impression. The overall front desk receptionist and the gentleman taking us up to our rooms were super nice. The junior suite room we got was charming & worth the price. Main concern: We got to the restaurant at 920am and were told to wait for a table. Also, we were informed that they cannot guarantee us a table by their breakfast buffet closing time so they told us to be prepared to get something else to eat. I find this inexcusable. First, the lady that told us this was incredibly cold and dismissive. My thought is that how can you turn away paying guests from their breakfast entitlement if they arrived well before the breakfast ending time? The hotel should figure out an alternative solution rather than telling us to find something else to eat. For a luxury brand, this is inexcusable and I will stick to Rosewood again and not stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong again.

1) The services from airport pick up until ck-in at hotel is very efficient. We use the airport pick up from hotel and we supposed to meet at exit B; but on that day, it was closer for us to use exit A and walked down to exit B. About halfway down the hall, the hotel staffs spotted us and ran all the way to help us with the luggages. I m very surprised if they had remembered us from our last visit a few months ago. Moreover, upon arrival at the hotel, the ck in staff already waited and ready to ck-in in room. The teamwork is amazing. 2). The executive floor and lounge also provides very impressive services. Cleanliness, choices of f&b, and the services are superb. So much quality food and snacks. Mandy, the manager is very friendly and kind. I have asked some advises and she offers very updated information as well. 3) Concierge desk is also very efficient. I enquire for a few restaurant bookings. Mostly were successful; but those that did not, the concierge gave some excellent options. The services were very fast too. The new chatline services is great for communication purposes. 4). Gym is also very clean and fairly new machines is one need some work out. Very nice view indeed.

Our family recently stayed at Four Seasons Hong Kong and we were more than impressed with the overall experience. Our suite was very comfortable and clean. We had executive lounge excess during our stay and we must say that the service we received from the staff there were incredible. Everyone of them was very courteous, helpful, and attentive to us. We have previously stayed at four seasons in other countries, and the service we received from the Hong Kong branch far exceeded others in the world. We will definitely stay at four seasons again the next time we visit Hong Kong.

THE EXECUTIVE CLUB PROVIDES EXCELLENT FOOD AND BEVERAGES QUALITY IN ADDITION TO ATTENTIVE SERVICES. THE NEWLY RENOVATED ROOM IS VERY CLEAN, COZY, QUIET, AND PROVIDE GREAT COMFORT. ALL REQUESTS EITHER TO CONCIERGE OR HOUSEKEEPER HAD BEEN RESPONSE IN A VERY QUICK MANNER. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE AIRPORT PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES ARE ALSO ONE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT TEAM I EVER MET.

We had such an unforgettable stay at the hotel! The staff thoughtfully prepared little gifts for our kids, and they were absolutely thrilled. We were even allowed up on the executive floor balcony to take in the stunning views of Hong Kong and snapped tons of photos. When it was time to leave, the staff gave us some really helpful advice on the best way to get to the airport. Overall, their service was super thoughtful and attentive—it made the whole experience so enjoyable!
