Harbour Grand Hong Kong

The hotel location is very good, close to the metro station with lots of eateries around. Rooms are clean and staff is prompt. Maria at the reception was very kind and helped us with a detailed list of places to visit and eat at in hongkong which was very useful. Good experience overall

Very impressive hotel. Room was very large with a seperate lounge, spotlessly clean. Check-in and associated staff all very friendly. We paid a little extra for a club room, although the hotel room prices were extremely reasonable. Make sure you take advantage of the club benefits - afternoon tea (3 to 5.30pm from memory) with a wide range of food and drink, including beer and wine and eat as much as you like, then the same again from 6pm to 8pm cocktail time, all cocktails free and have as many as you like, again alcoholic and soft frinks available and a fresh range of food constantly replaced. Breakfast in Le 188 was brilliant, and all this with views over the harbour from the 43rd dloor. Special mentions to Candy for sorting our late check-out, which actually gave us an extra day exploring without having to return to the hotel mid afternoon, and Elma for constantly topping up my wine! A fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Good location close to metro station Rooms comfortable Staff are all very welcoming and were happy to help us remove a jammed padlock from our case ! Amazing view from the roof top terrace !! Maria at the front desk was particularly helpful giving us advice how to get around on our own as first time visitors to Hong Kong Breakfast was 4* rather than 5. The hotel lacks public spaces to relax

We had an excellent 5 night stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong, with great views from the room and even better from the Club floor. All the staff were amazing, particularly Candy and the other concierge staff who were really helpful in sorting out hikes for us, and other top information. Location was great, a short walk from the trams/MTR, and a few stops into Central. In fact, just a 20 min walk into Wan Chai through Causeway bay, and also a nice walk along the waterfront. it was definitely value for money, and the club floor was well worth the extra.

Check in was seamless even though we were early we were sorted pretty quickly. We were introduced to Maria who was amazing at sorting our activities and what to do in the available time to enjoy HK and the hotel. A great asset as we didn’t waste time finding out for ourselves. The room was amazing with a super view of the harbour. The afternoon tea was a perfect relaxing break enjoying the vista. Fabulous.
