Great hotel
The Hotel service is excellent, the staff Lucia Jeong and Alex in the club lounge are very helpful and friendly. Alex realized my wife catching cold, he made a special ginger with lemon and honey for her. the hotel location is convenient. Great experience to stay in this hotel. Definitely will visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel for a short break in Hong Kong.
Lovely hotel, spacious quiet room, very friendly staff and superb breakfast. Great location for exploring Kowloon and Hong Kong island with plenty of good local restaurants nearby. Stayed here as part of a holiday package with Imagine Cruising. Really enjoyed our few days in Hong Kong and would thoroughly recommend.

All things in this Hotel is pure gold. The B2 ladies: Kaylie, Lucia, Chloe. So many heart worming thanks for you to keep so good care for us. We love you. Every morning smiling, as every evening. Always helping, answering the questions we had, we know now a lot new things here. The Cook, had amazing food every day. All the Cocktailbites, pastry....like art work! Just amazing! We have gained weight in this trip for sure. The Suite was eccelent , great view and bed super comfy. Everything just amazing! We are definetly coming back. You made this holiday just perfect and my Birthday too !

My Hong Kong Trip
This Hotel represents the IHG Brand, well. It was pleasant and hospitable from entering the Hotel until I left. The place is beautiful and maintained. I had a great time. The food was tasty and my pillows were great for my sleep. My only wish was that there was a least tea/coffee in the lobby for guests who have early flights. I will visit again.
