Would not recommend
Property and room were in need of a refurbishment and there was a musky smell in the room. Food at breakfast was lukewarm at best.

Will not stay here again
Amenities was not top up daily No turn down service Not well maintained property Toilet flush need a lot of effort to work Pillows are horrible Disappointment The langham I used to stayed many years ago was now rebranded as cordis at Mongkok. I remembered it being very nice hotel but not this one at TST This is a totally different hotel

Best hotel in tsim sha tsui area!
Simply the best! The location is very convenient goin to harbour city. The staff are all nice! They made us feel special everyday! Ive been to a lot of hotels in different countries but this one is the best in terms of service! The moment you enter the lobby you know its a luxury hotel just the smell of the langham scent! And the langham service is top notch! Will definitely go back here again next time we are in HK! Thank you Langham!

My first visit to Hong Kong
The initial delays for room access were disappointing, the rest of my stay was of good quality. Breakfast was convenient and the restaurant staff was very assistive.
