Overcrowded and understaffed
Be prepared to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to check in, a further 15 minutes to get your room keys and around 10 minutes in line to check out (depends on what time you're checking out) You should also know that the lift only goes up to 15th floor and if you're assigned to the 16th floor, you have to take the stairs (and your luggage) to your room. Room is ok, and location is great.

Excellent stay!
Had a wonderful stay at the Langham. The room, the dining options, and most importantly, the staff, were all excellent. I wish I stayed longer. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Wonderful staff, clean facility Perfect location for exclusive shopping at major stores/shops. Nice Amenities & Spa at Chuan Near train stop.

A gem in Tsim Sha Tsui
First time staying in a Langham. Location is central but need to access underground tunnel to cross the street which can be a hindrance when doing multiple trips in a day. Great experience offering a memorable stay. Best sleeping experience with fine bedding and pillows.
