5 star service in a 5 star property
5 star experience in a 5 star property. A lot of human touch and thoughts were put into the property as it makes people feel at home and cosy upon arrival. The team is meticulous and attentive and always trying to help. What surprised me most was the Front Desk Team, was able to address me upon arrival at the door, without having met before. Joseph, one of the team members, personally came up to knock the door after I've missed the morning call. That's human touch at the next level. It was a pity my stay was short and I'm mostly out for meetings. Would love to come back to enjoy the property some day. It has a quiet ambience despite being in Causeway Bay itself.

A True Home Away from Home
Lanson Place offers one of the best services I have encountered in Asia. The staff are genuinely humble, attentive, and caring, making us feel truly valued. The hotel is conveniently located in Causeway Bay, with plenty of hidden cafés and unique shops just a short walk away, adding charm to the experience. Lanson Place embodies the essence of a "home away from home." From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful details throughout the property, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Exceptional hotel
Amazing service, great food with the buffet breakfast, and great recommendations from the front desk. Much appreciated for the conversation Joe Lee! Service and accomodation was 10/10, and I will be staying here again each time I visit Hong Kong.

Rating: Definitely 5 out of 5
The front desk on duty, Holly, was very welcoming upon our check in process. We encountered a little issue with my credit card but Holly was able to assist us. Room attendants were very meticulous with cleaning our room, making sure our stay was amazing! Lastly, Leo of front desk went an extra mile to check if we left the octopus card inside the room after our check out process.

A gem hotel in Hong Kong
Great hotel with an extraordinary staff who was helpful from check-in to check-out. The different concierge were very helpful. The breakfast room perfect and the offering great. The location is perfect, very close from public transportation
