General experience for my 4 days stay in this hotel is about average. The price paid was slightly expensive relative to my stay as breakfast wasn't great and those who value privacy might find housekeeping a bit intrusive as the room would be tidied and cleared almost every time we leave the room ie, for breakfast or for the day. Other than that, reception staff were great and extremely helpful in attending to queries (giving directions etc)

This is the best hotel service that I ever had in my life from the room maker to the top executive chef. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and helpful, I’m not exaggerating and if I have to write what I had experienced in my recent stayed in Lanson Place. It would be a few pages long. Anyway, I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you have a chance to go to Hong Kong.

Perfect experience, I really felt like home, during my 2 months business trip in HK. All the services are top level and I strongly recommend this hotel for short and long stay. The staff is very attentive on details and help you to satisfy all your needs/requests.

An incredibly disappointing stay. Could hear the boiler/facilities room from within my room all night long. I am by no means a light sleeper but it was simply too loud to bear. Grab and go breakfast was fine, but on the last day I received a cup of tea that wasn’t even half full… front desk also seemed entirely unaware of SLH Within benefits. When I checked in I wasn’t informed of my benefits. Upon requiring the young man said that he couldn’t see it in their system, and that he’ll update me. Later in the day I got a call informing me that I do indeed have the benefits I received at time of booking, and that the credits will be applied when I checkout. Yet when I checked out, the front desk produced a folio without any credits or breakfast applied. Upon further inquiry they took north of 20 minutes to accomplish what should’ve been automatically accomplished, which is the case in every single property I’ve stayed at elsewhere. The room itself had some cleanliness issues also. I was the only occupant of my room and I have short hair. Yet every single evening I came back I could find long hair on the rug. Overall, a gravely disappointing experience and a sore aberration in a city filled with otherwise competently run hotels.
