Joe Lee was great help throughout my trip very good service. As well as the other staff very well trained everyone as well. Amenities are well maintained. They were very kind to help me with luggage and my transportation to the airport. Joe Lee is very friendly guy.

We have stayed at Lanson Place, Causeway Bay 3 times before Covid and our recent stay in October/ November certainly did not disappoint us . The newly renovated boutique hotel is awesome and lovely and all the staff were extremely warm , friendly and helpful . Location is excellent , very convenient and the rooms , lobby , breakfast lounges , gym were all beautifully appointed . We especially liked the laundry facilities that are rarely found in other hotels . We and our families ( there were 8 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lanson Place and no doubt we will come back when we visit Hong Kong again . A very impressive hotel with exceptional service : the sales team , concierge team , cleaning team and all the staff are highly commendable for their excellent work ! We just finished our one-month stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay, and thoroughly enjoyed this place and our stay. The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet corner of the popular Causeway Bay, where all the vibrant and bustling Hong Kong activities are a minute away from this little oasis. It just completed a major refurbishment in early 2024, so everything is new. The interior is modern and pleasant with a French flavour. We chose their serviced residence package. It perfectly balances our need for a short long-stay while still be able to enjoy all the 5-start hotel services. The corner studio apartment we stayed has a very good layout and efficient use of space. The kitchen is on the small side but well equipped with good-quality sink, micro oven griller, electric hobs, extractor, and fridge freezer. We did some simple cooking occasionally, but one does not need to cook at all being in CWB with all sorts of eateries at your doorsteps. Daily room cleaning and turn-down services are included except for Sunday, much better than other serviced apartments we looked at, which usually only offer cleaning once or twice a week. Daily grab and go continental breakfast is also included. You can order and customise on their web app easily. The package also offers complimentary egg tarts from the famous local bakery Bakehouse in the morning and champagne during happy hours at the lobby lounge. However, I wasn't able to try the egg tarts because I usually already left for work before they were serviced. Hotel also has a very good sized and well equipped gym, usually quiet and not busy. Its laundry room is well equipped with commercial grade washers and dryers, which are free to use for all hotel guests. The hotel lobby lounge is usually very quiet and relaxing, and not noisy at all. All hotel staff are super friendly and polite. Thanks to Holly, Eric, Polly, Kevin, Kenny, Elton, Becky, and others for making our stay pleasant and memorable! For anyone who is looking for a serviced apartment in Hong Kong as their temporary residence, I highly recommend Lanson Place Causeway Bay. Particularly, if you only need to stay for one month, no need to look elsewhere. This is the best place! Apart from everything I mentioned above, no additional deposit is required for 1-month stay here, while other serviced apartments will charge you a deposit worth 1 or 2 month's rental on top. For people who love serious cooking, then you may consider its sister property Lanson Place Waterfront Suites, which is located in a less desirable location but has a bigger kitchen. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect location in the centre of Causeway Bay yet tucked in a quieter corner away from the noise. Personalised service ensured that we felt so at home. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast & premium comfort. Gym + Laundry rooms (complimentary) are top-notch too!

Stayed in a few lovely horwks over the years but this hotel trumps many of them. Beautiful room , lovely food and wine and service that goes above and beyond. Lots of really lovely little touches. Noticing how much water we are using in the room and making sure to give us extra. Putting little cable ties on our cables. Giving me butter every morning at breakfast without asking. Paying for our taxi when we first arrived because i had no cash (thank you Mosen). Seems small things but it's the things that made us appreciate we were getting something a bit extra. Loved this hotel.
