Wonderful staff
A hotel has never helped me so muc I was transferring in Hong Kong back to New York from Thailand. My son had terrible pain in his ear on the flight to Hong Kong. I booked a room, and called the operator at 1am in the morning explaining i needed help finding a doctor. She immediately caleld a doctor who was ont he way to the hotel and came to my room at 2am to see my son. The doctor gave us medicine but told me i'd have to wait in Hong Kong for a week for the infection to get better before it would be safe to fly back. The hotel kindly extended my stay. Everyone at the hotel was great. and it's in a wonderful location. I'm very grateful to the night telephone operator for working so efficiently.

Wonderful stay
Another memorable stay at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, our all-time favourite. During the most recent Christmas holiday, we stayed at the hotel’s iconic Harbour View Suite. It deserves to be the hotel’s most popular room type as it features an oversized bathroom with the bathtub overlooking the unrestricted Victoria Harbour view - amazing in both day and night. We would like to especially thank The Mandarin Club’s manager Coco Chey for her hospitality and care during our stay :)

Mandarin Oriental never fails you
The excellent service, delicious delicacies in the buffet and the festive atmosphere by the decorations has made this Christmas perfect. Our salute to Lowell Leung and his team for the hospitality, and a big credit to the chef and the choir too !

Christmas at the Mandarin
Wonderful stay as always and the concierge had some great ideas Kids loved the Wnter Carnival . Views from the Observation Wheel were good. All v close to the hotel we went after a wonderful Man Wah dinner Finished the trip with a Christmas lunch. Wish we could have stayed longer

Fantastic crew, excellent food
My husband and I had a wonderful evening at restaurant Man Wah. The food was excellent, the table has a stunning view over the harbour but above all, the service was absolutely fantastic. A big thank you to Tim who ensure a flawless experience and to Leslie who created delicious cocktails perfectly matching our taste.
