Pullman Park Lane Hotel

Had the pleasure of return stay in this hotel and found it even more enhanced since its transition to the Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. Needless to say, the location is ever so well located to travel to various parts of the city. Being a Platinum Member, access to the Lounge is a wonderful bonus. The Lounge is absolutely perfectly run and all the staff in the lounge are top notch. The variety of food served are interesting and delicious! The lounge was wonderfully managed by Sandy, A big thank you to Sandy, June, Jack, Neo, Julia, Michelle, Julius, KK, Andrew ... You've made my stay most enjoyable and look forward to stay with you all again soon.

Park Lane Hong Kong remains a solid choice in Hong Kong, particularly in the Causeway Bay area. It has everything you could need: proximity to the MTR, a bustling neighborhood where you can find literally anything, a high density of malls, and easy access to the harbor and tourist attractions. We stayed in their premium room, which offered stunning city and panoramic views. The newly refreshed room was comfortable, with everything functioning well, including a Nespresso machine. The lounge is beautiful, boasting a striking view of the harbor. The food offerings were also of good quality and quantity. However, the real star of our stay was Ms. Grace from the lounge. I encountered a major hiccup when I lost my passport, and she proactively helped me locate it. From calling the police station to filing a lost and found report with the MTR, she handled everything. task I had completely forgotten about in my distress. Thanks to her efforts, my passport was found, and she literally saved my holiday, as I had less than 24 hours before my flight to Japan. Her energy and kindness were unmatched. If you’re visiting Park Lane and happen to meet her in the lounge, please say hello—you’ll be greeted with warmth and positivity. Thank you, Park Lane, and especially Ms. Grace, for such an amazing stay.

We stared here for 2 nights before our cruise. The location is in the middle of the central shopping area but an Uber ride to most other transactions, The hotel lobby, etc very impressive. The room we stayed in needed updating but was comfy & clean although the view wasn’t great. Staff were efficient and the door men were encountered were super lovely.

This hotel was wonderful. Fantastic location - causeway bay is a fantastic location for great food and shopping. A very short walk to the MTR station. The hotel itself is as you would expect an Autograph collection. Decent sized room for Hong Kong, with a nice will appointed bathroom and good amenities (e.g. Nespresso machine and a chilled/warm/hot water dispenser) one minor issue. There are function rooms at the top floor. One of them is named "roof-top garden". Note: This is not accessible to hotel guests and the hotel needs to do a bit better in naming it. Was a little embarrassing when I brought a friend up there. Given a 5-star cos of the price we paid. Very good value.

Hubby and I stayed a couple of nights at The Park Lane Pullman before heading to Japan. We loved the location of the hotel. Centrally located, everything you need at your doorstep. A good size supermarket couple of doors down. We had a warm welcome check in. All the staff from check in counter to the Executive Lounge was very helpful, especially Kitty from the Loyalty check in counter. Kitty’s service was exceptional, always helpful and goes the extra mile. Kitty knows how to look after her Platinum guests. Had a beautiful fruit and snacks platter waiting for us in our suite upon arrival. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant was good, good selection of dishes. Executive Lounge was smaller than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a shame that as of the new year 2025, this hotel will no longer be an Accor hotel.
