Pullman Park Lane Hotel

Appears newly renovated. Great hotel all around. Beautiful view of Victoria Park. Staff very accommodating and all I encountered spoke English at a high level. Room very clean, Executive Lounge afternoon tea had an excellent selection. Appreciated the fruit and snack platter since I had to leave too early to catch breakfast the next day.

Looks classic but all still orderly great. Located in the heart of causeway bay, 2-3 mins from MTR. Check in was very smooth and accommodative - the welcome drink from ALL can be exchanged with G&T which is superb. Room has everything you need and spacious for Hong Kong standard. Spacious bathroom but definitely need to be refreshed by changing the bathtub into proper shower area. Everyone must try Skye - really amazing rooftop bar with view over Kowloon area and residential in Hong Kong Island. Service was also amazing. Requested late check out but cannot be entertained due to full house on next night which is very understandable. Overall, great stay!

比上次進步 雖然Pullman 將在一月轉集團，但服務仍力求進步，一個月前住完，今次再訪服務及質素有改善。 前枱保持細心及準確，快速完成checkin 今次房間更整潔，備品也足夠。而且有會籍關係，感謝upgrade 上半園半海景房。 早餐在Playt, 質素好，選擇多，仍是Pullman 的優質餐廳。 今次入住，多謝Sandy, Kitty, Florance, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey, Samson, Chloce, Grace, Chan的照顧

A very comfortable and spacious hotel in a great part of Hong Kong. Even with a check in in the early hours of the morning, the staff were friendly and helpful. Super convenient location being a short walk from Causeway Bay MTR stop to both get there from the airport and get around the city.
