Pullman Park Lane Hotel

The hotel's best selling point is its location - smack in the middle of Causeway Bay, 5 mins walk from the nearest MTR exit, right opposite Victoria Park and with endless amenities around - malls, 24 supermarket right next day. You'll never go hungry or bored. Room wise, the room was of a decent size for HK standards and well maintained. However, as my family booked four rooms albeit all in the same price category, we had differing experiences. Some of our rooms were obviously not renovated yet, as the layout and decor was abit older. Some had great views (like mine, i didnt even need to go Avenue of Stars to enjoy my harbour view) but some faced building roof tops. Breakfast was good - all the food you need, and still provided newspapers which is a rarity nowadays. One thing the hotel could improve on is its lifts - despite having 6 lifts, they were slow and often very crowded. Queues formed at the lift lobby any time of the day, I remember coming back one night at 11pm and still faced a queue to just get up to my room.

Huge hotel room from the HK standard, and in the heart of the HK island. A family room can easily accommodate 4 adults without problem. As a frequent travel to Hong Kong this hotel is becoming my second home given the friendliness of the staff and overall service quality provided by the hotel. A must try hotel if you are planning to visit for the first time.

Stayed at The Park Lane hotel for 4-nights in December and the service from the staff was wonderful. Special mention to Kitty who made my family and I feel right at home from the time we spoke to her at the counter. She was observant to notice my daughter's recent birthday and offered a cake/fruits as a welcome gift to our family. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HK! Thanks again Kitty!

The Service at this hotel is second to none.From check in through to checkout first class service hotel was lovely and clean everywhere rooms modern and fresh. MTR and tram terminus within an easy 5 minute walk and Victoria Park across the road. I thank all the staff at this hotel for your service you are truly dedicated to ensuring a great experience for your guests.The lounge staff made sure that every detail was taken care off and friendly greetings everyday. I have travelled extensively throughout the world but no one comes close to the service your staff afford so thank-you for a great stay. Look forward to returning.

All the staff in Park Lane executive lounge are professional, polite, very helpfully, from check in till check out, the sit n the view is very nice if the rate is 0 to 10 , I will give 10, I get more recommended executive lounge, tq so much I'm very appreciated to all the staff in executive lounge, tq
