An outstanding hotel, offering the most impeccable service, food and facilities. Can't thank the team enough for my most enjoyable one night stay recently. I was generously upgraded to a suite and found the size and all the small details of the room gave me a most luxurious experience. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

Fantastic Experience at the Upper House
I reserved 2 Upper Suites for my wedding. The guest experience and the quality of service were world class. The communications with the Upper House staff through email were smooth and they were able to fulfill my requests swiftly such as transportation service. The team went an extra mile in decorating my rooms with my photos which elevated our experience there. Huge credits to the Guest Experience team!

Modern luxury in Hong Kong
My wife and I stay at the ‘House’ whenever we are in HK, for business and pleasure. The warm hospitality of the staff, the friendly personal greeting, and the delightful ambiance and food at Salisterra make this one of our favorite hotels in the world. The superb location gives us access to Central, or the hiking trails behind. It is both urban, and country at the same time.

Best Hotel Ever!
We had the most incredible stay at the Upper House - would recommend the hotel to anybody traveling to Hong Kong for any purpose!! My wife and I spent 3 nights here on our honeymoon and were taken such great care of from the moment we arrived. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our trip so special - with impeccable recommendations for shopping and sightseeing, the best bar and restaurant reservations and even a room upgrade to celebrate our honeymoon! Special thanks to Kristina, Sharon and Eddy for making us feel so welcome. We hope to return soon!

Big recommendation!
Upper house makes you fell like home! Everyone are very friendly, remember you, and always do their best. The rooms are fantastic, very chic and comfortable, location is top, what else is there to say? Highly recommend! Ho and yes, the food is excellent with a beautiful view over the harbour
