This is the most amazing place! In a wonderful place on this earth with great people and wonderful product. Food is incredible - you have to have dinner at Le Mer! Breakfast on the lanai at Orchids is a beautiful experience in and of its own right. Great pool. And then, at night them live Hawaiian music and dancers. Just so lovely and relaxing. Excellence at every turn! Their slogan "House Befitting Heaven" is so very true!

This hotel is second to none. Exceptional detailed service, impeccable amenities, attentive employees and world class food and drink. We needed a getaway and this was just the spot to wind down and chill out. Love all the history here too, a visit to the pool area bar enlightened us on how long this hotel has been around and all the amazing people that have stayed there. So much fun! Relaxing by the pool, dipping in the ocean all just steps from our luxurious room with a view. Eating well and staying fit are critical for me on vacation, and the hotel handled the eating well part with flying colors, and I hired a personal trainer for the staying fit part. Julia Jay was my trainer. She was amazing and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting this hotel. She utilized the newly renovated gym so well and gave me some of the best workouts I have had in a while. Catered to my needs and goals as well as challenging and thorough. She is detail oriented, a great listener, organized and energetic! Loved every minute of our time together and was hoping to see her leading some of the group classes at the hotel. Would have been a great compliment. All in all an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone!

The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The facility was well maintained and kept clean. The location is great as you can walk to shopping, dining, and other adventures. The private beach access is a bonus! We enjoyed our time there.

Incredible service, staff, amenities, and caring. Everything was almost perfect. Restaurants could be better with more choices for selections from which to choose. Every need is anticipated and anything needed is promptly taken care of. At House Without a Key it took 45 minutes to get our salad which was missing ingredients. Dinner at Orchids was fabulous but the eggplant appetizer was dry. Dessert was spectacular. Fun little gifts at turn down and delicious cookies and fruit in room. Something other than Coffeemate should be available for coffee in room. Everyone makes you feel special and welcomed. Everyone is concerned with the comfort and happiness of the guests. Our room could have been a bit larger. A truly unforgettable experience overall.

Lovely hotel, attentive staff, and delicious food. Can not wait to return! Excellent location, walking distance to shops and markets. Convenient for hopping on island bus tours. Enjoyed the nightly music and entertainment. Breakfast was excellent with buffet or sit down breakfast options. This was extremely helpful on days we had early morning activities scheduled.
