Outstanding hotel
Halepuna is a great hotel-very central location -near the beach if you want access but also easy walk to main shopping and restaurant area. what sets this aside from other hotels is the peace and tranquility of the main lobby area-there is no foot traffic like other big hotels. Also the staff are very helpful and can hep with various request such as booking tickets for the bus or advising on bars and restaurants. the pool area is great-never seemed to be over busy and the staff are very attentive. would definitely stay again

Luxurious vibe
This is probably one of the nicest boutique hotels in Waikiki. Everything feels very well kept. Electronic light switches will tell you this is a modern place. Two course a la carte breakfast is decidedly more interesting what you will find at chain hotels. Rooms might be small for some. Ocean view deserves being called that. Pricing is very fair especially what I see elsewhere.

Birthday and 8th wedding anniversary trip
I didn't go on a honeymoon. So this was my first overseas trip with my husband. The rooms are very clean and I think it's a great hotel to relax in. This time I was out sightseeing all the time, so I was disappointed that I didn't have time to enjoy the gym or pool. Next time I have a chance, I would like to enjoy the pool. When I told them it was my birthday, they offered me a drink, which made me very happy. Thank you very much!

Didn’t want to leave!
Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms, firm but comfortable bed & bidet toilet! All staff were friendly and inviting. I wish the pool had been open after sunset, but otherwise a great stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

Loved our stay
I loved our stay! Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony with an ocean view and view of the sister property and the Hawaiian band that played at night. Delightful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great for access to many sights on the island. Would definitely return!
