Great for families with young kids

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 19 hours ago

We went with two other families with small children as a guest of honor and the breakfast was perfect for the kids and the proximity to the beach was great. Everything was close by and the kids loved going up and down the escalators, pool and luau on the third floor.

Beautiful property on Waikiki, lovely staff, perfect walking location to shopping, beach, and restaurants along with killer views of beach, downtown and Diamondhead. Clean, comfortable, and lovely helpful staff. Kai coffee was delish every morning!

Great Stay!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Overall, great stay. Location is perfect. Literally across the street from the beach and in the middle of everything. No need to Uber as you have everything you need. The food and drinks at the pool bar were great! Coffee shop in lobby was delicious. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Love that they give you free chairs for the beach. The hotel and rooms are a little outdated. But, everything worked and was clean and the room had all the amenities you need. Oh... the heated toilet seats and bidet....a great little plus!

lovely stay

such a lovely stay! very friendly staff. convenient location to walk to beach and shopping and restaurants. We didn't use the pool, but had fun at the mini golf located on the first floor. Had plenty of beach towels and accessories available at the ABC store on the first level.

Don't stay here -- major construction next door

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Don't stay here. There's major construction next door. Our room faced the construction site and they were fully booked so couldn't move us. We were also put in the corner room next to the elevators so we were kept awake by the elevators and were awaken by early construction noise. Go stay at another non-hyatt hotel or the Westin Moana Surfrider for the extra $100. You'll be thankful that you didn't stay here.
