We were pampered profusely.
We have just experienced the best Hawaiian vacation ever by staying at ORWBR in mid-Feb. Everyone from the management, the front desk staff, the lounge staff, and the house keeping had pampered us profusely. Our room is a two minutes walk to the beach, which made it very convenient to go to the water. There are seaweed growing by the nearby pier and they attract turtles to feed on them. Being close to the ocean allowed us a chance to see beautiful sunset. The nightly live band playing Hawaiian music was so soothing. The nearby Army Museum covers the history of Hawaiian military and the US army warfare in WWII, Korean, and Vietnam. I wish to thank the housekeeping member, Susanna, who took care of our room with excellent attitude, thoroughness, and efficiency. Susanna was very flexible to accommodate our schedule to clean the room and we sincerely appreciated it. We will return and wish Susanna gets assigned to take care of the room again.

The dream place to stay!! Been here with my Love a few times and will stay again! 5 *stars plus especially for our front desk host and great man Frank🙂. Hotel is in the middle of the town plus on the beach, so close to everything walking distance!

Fabulous hotel with amazing service. The excellent reviews are all correct. Front desk staff were accommodating and patient of special needs. Housekeeping did an amazing job. It’s literally right on the beach. The restaurants are great. Clean, friendly, great value. Highly recommend. It has everything you need for a wonderful time in HI.

Amazing facilities and staff. Terumi at front desk and Sharon from 17th floor housekeeping were the best. Will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii. Call the hotel directly to book as they had some unadvertised specials compared to online rates
