4.5 STARS Had a lovely stay at the prince, rooms are a very good size with plenty of storage space for suitcases and shopping, Bathroom is also excellent size. Housekeeping was excellent, modern decor and nice to be able to open windows. Nice view from 22nd floor. Minimal noise occasionally could hear people above and some traffic noise on Friday or Saturday nights the loud noisy motorbikes but otherwise quiet. Pool area is really nice, we booked day bed both times and service was excellent. The infinity pool was under maintenance for first few days but then opened back up, we were informed of this prior to our travel. Staff where friendly and helpful particular door and concierge staff. location is a 5ish minute walk to shopping centre and about 15 minutes into the central area. Spacious lobby, plenty of seating, hotel never felt overcrowded Two reasons for a non 5 star are the resort fee, you really don't get much for the cost and no one at the hotel explained what you could actually get for this fee. secondly we had a fire alarm one morning at 7am , it was only a few floors, we climbed down 22 flights of stairs to arrive at the lobby to see everyone going about their morning as if nothing happening, there was no staff directing us, no explanation, we had to approach reception staff who provide limited details, there was no official apology from the hotel or explanation after we were finally allowed back into our rooms after a large wait. however overall Hotel is reasonable value for money with many positives, and I would stay here again.

This is literally my favorite hotel. On the outskirts of Waikiki, walking distance to the mall… great food, service and beautiful decor with unobstructed ocean views. I can’t wait to go back! They have great Kama’aina discounts, and the option that comes with the lounge is great when traveling with kids. The pool often has events, and the new Sakura pop-up Suntory bar is adorable to have a coffee or afternoon cocktail!

This was near the conference center, beautiful views, easy to hop on a biki bike and cycle around the city, and near running trails and beaches. I had a red-eye out of Hawaii and they stored my bags and gave me a pool pass so I could stay and even have a shower before I left.

The room was spacious and clean. We had an amazing view of the ocean. I loved how the bathroom was Japanese style. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is great if you're not planning to hang around the Waikiki strip. The pool area was very relaxing.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was nice however there were a LOT of kids in the pools splashing, yelling and bumping into the adults so that cut a few trips there short. Bar at the pool was very expensive. We only ordered drinks once and then bought our own drinks from ABC to have in our room after that. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
