Clean, comfy and cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location, waking distance to beaches and so many yummy restaurants! Our family especially enjoyed the happy hour pool & hot tub time. Mucho Mahalos - we hope to be back sooner than later!!

This hotel is so well run. i've been staying here frequently since 2021, and the best thing about Beachcomber Honolulu (besides the location) ids the staff! From the front desk to the bellmen and housekeeping... everyone is so friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. Particularly I'd like to mention Jenny and Angelica who manage the front desk! Also the bell staff (Jonathan, Robert, Kyle, Dave, Paul, & Steve). Always a great experience!!

Our stay was amazing and it was a great way to celebrate our 45th anniversary. The front desk agent, Kiana provided us an excellent check- in experience. Kiana was very friendly and very accommodating. We arrived a couple hours early and Kiana was very helpful and was able to check us in and give us our room a little earlier. We had booked an Ocean view room and the room was very clean, renovated and had a spectacular view. The hotel location is perfect as it is in the centre of restaurants, stores and activities, next to the International Market and right across from the beach access walkway. Three minute walk to the beach. Very nice pool with an all afternoon happy hour. Great prices. Housekeeping services were provided by Myna and she did a great job in cleaning the room. Room was spotless. We had a late flight on the day we checked out and the Front Desk agent Kristina was able to accommodate us and extend our check out time by two hours which helped us a lot. We had an amazing and wonderful stay at the hotel and it was a great way to celebrate our anniversary.

Very very old room decor. Dirty furniture. Shower leaked into the floor. Chipped paint throughout the room. We sprayed everything with sanitizer. We would have asked for another room, but this was actually cleaner and newer than the room they first showed us. How did this place get 5 stars???
