Best customer service I can remember in my lifetime. We have felt like absolute royalty. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. You can feel how important it is for them that you thoroughly enjoy your stay and want to return!

Five Stairs
The staff does an maxing job of taking care of clients. Amazing experience and service! Friendly and professional staff.. great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time at the resort. Food, bar, and golf are top notch. I would highly recommend the restaurants and entertainment.

A true retreat
Professional, upbeat, and helpful staff at every corner. We enjoyed the facilities, the valet staff, the pro shop, the bar staff, the private events sales team staff, and even housekeeping went above and beyond. However, service at J’a was slower than we’d like and the events servers were disappointing. Overall, a fantastic stay with so much to do! Gorgeous views!

Natasha is wonderful
We frequently have lunch at J’s. Natasha is so helpful and courteous, she takes service to a new level! Our somewhat complicated order was perfectly delivered with a smile. We always have the Cobb salad. It’s a favorite. We look forward to lunch at Js again soon.
