The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston

My spa service was AMAZING! Dorreen and the staff are incredible. She was always on time, literally anticipated all of my needs! The house car service is very convenient. I will most definitely be back. I can't think of a better hotel in Houston.

Omg I just had one of the best most relaxing experiences of my life at Post Oak Spa. Darren played a huge part in my experience. She was so sweet and accommodating!! And my masseuse OMG… I got off the table feeling so much lighter. I will definitely be back here again. Thank you so much Post Oak and Staff your service has really been amazing thus far!

I went on a much needed weekend retreat that included Spa Services. The experience was seamless and warming from the initial contact with Taley for scheduling our services TO being greeted with warm smiles from Melvin and Taley TO being guided and accommodated by Shayla throughout the day TO the most amazing massage I have ever experienced by gifted hands Tangelique TO check out with lots of wonderful recommendations by Taka and Melvin. It was truly a diamond experience! We will definitely return when life’s woes have gotten the best of us!

My sister, daughter and I had wonderful facials at the Post Oak Hotel Spa. We were treated warmly (even before going up to the spa), by the lobby attendants and the front desk clerks. My sister and I were led to the locker room and attended to by (Darreen) she assisted us in getting situated with the lockers, robes and slippers. We were then led to the Relaxation room where snacks were provided along with massage chairs. Once our skin care specialist was ready, each of us was taken back to our individual spa room. This is where the real pampering began. My facial was professionally done. I felt relaxed and peaceful (I almost fell asleep). This was a memorable experience that I will forever be grateful to have experienced. This is a wonderful way to bond with family or close friends. Tania Davis November 2024

I’ve traveled the world and stayed at numerous five star hotels; the Post Oak Hotel rivals the best. For starters, it’s stunning. The bespoke top-of-the-line furnishings from the lobby to restaurants and rooms are beautiful. Service is extraordinary; all the staff are trained to make every guest feel cared for. Even entry level rooms are incredible, with the most comfy beds and silken sheets. Each night, a different turndown gift is placed pillow side. If you can, book the concierge level for even more personalized service and food and beverage throughout the day and evening. It’s worth the extra cost. Suites are even more impressive; vast and apartment-like. Expect a cool well-heeled crowd - great people-watching. The restaurants are excellent, too, in an array of styles and costs. If you’re going to MD Anderson and can stay here, do so. It feels worlds away and puts a smile on your face no matter what you’re facing. BTW, I left personal items in a drawer on this visit. When I got home and realized it, I called the Post Oak and the head of security got on the phone, had retrieved the items and arranged for the concierge to FedEx them to my home. This hotel has won my heart.
