My husband’s surprise 50th birthday celebration was a success. He travels a lot for work and stays at a lot of high end hotels & said this was by far the best hotel he has ever stayed at. Katherine Giron you and your team exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks for bringing my vision to life!!! We are looking forward to future stays!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, along with being most accommodating. The Post Oak is a destination hotel I always look forward to visiting. Very convenient for dining options on the property, which are all great dining options.

This is a hotel that is close to perfection. My room was beautiful and comfortable, this was the first time that I had a set of free weights in my room (and I made use of it), it offers good amenities, and the staff was sincerely friendly. It was obvious that they have all received good training. I will be back for sure.

My husband and I stayed 3 days at the Post Oak and were truly impressed with all aspects. We especially were impressed with the club level staff, Kristan, Sophie, Cassandra and Sahare. Your concierge, Jim Carey was so well informed on all inquiries, made our stay very welcomed. Great job to all involved in our stay. Regards, Beatriz

I can’t comment on the hotel stay or room as I only have visited to dine in the restaurant. First, the Google map as well as the Apple map app do not get you close to the hotel. Both take you to Williams Tower. So I wasted more than 30 minutes driving around the galleria looking for this hotel. Second, the restaurant is small, service is slow and poor, and their isn’t any meaningful sound buffering — at almost 3:00 pm on a Saturday the staff in the restaurant were harried and not attentive. I ate a salad, which was merely ok. No one asked me whether I wanted a drink beyond the water they served, no refill on said water, and no one asked me if I wanted an entree. Service was really a one rating and salad was a three (average). I won’t be back and won’t recommend.
