The Spa at the Post Oak Hotel in Houston is the best spa in the city! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Darreen was attentive my entire visit and made sure I enjoyed my time there. She answered any questions and concerns that I had and was a pleasure.

Finest Hotel in Houston!
This is the finest hotel in Houston. From the moment you leave your keys with the valet until you are efficiently checked-in and escorted to your room, this hotel's team welcomes you like family. Cocktails at the H Bar, dining at Bloom & Bee or Maestro's, and wrapping up the evening with a beverage and some great live entertainment at Stella's make for a perfect day. The beds and linens are amazing and the spotless bath areas offer everything we needed after a busy day at The Post Oak Hotel. We look forward to our next visit!

The Post Oak has set the bar high for excellence in every category. Most outstanding conference experience I have had. Flawless execution in every aspect: welcome, check-in, room, dining, meeting spaces, employee attitude, etc. Management has succeeded in delivering a 5-star business experience in Houston. The entire staff demonstrated complete buy-in to be the best and thr result was truly amazing.

Wonderful Hotel
The stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally luxurious, everything is spotless and well-organized, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. And last but not least, the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

60th Birthday Celebration: the Post Oak property is awesome; the fleet of Bentleys and Rolls Royces is a nice touch!
I went to Houston to celebrate my 60th birthday. I'm very happy I decided to spend part of my trip at the Post Oak Hotel! Staff, Ty, Kenneth, & Charles were very thoughtful in that it was my birthday; the room, amenities, customer service were excellent. There was an issue with housekeeping and the quick personal response I received from Jean Pierre was very professional and greatly appreciated; customer service was excellent! Highly recommend the Post Oak Hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay for my birthday! Robin 2/14/25
