Fantastic Breakfast Service
I want to applaud Maria and Alma in the restaurant where we had breakfast. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, the food presentation lovely, and the service impeccable. Maria was attentive and engaging, and we shared stories of family. We asked for her each morning of our stay.

Decent and inexpensive Galleria hotel
Decent mid price hotel, showing a little age, but nice and clean. Good bar restaurant and super close to Galleria and shops restaurants. Room was dirty on arrival, but they got me a new one right away. Frank at the restaurant was an awesome host. I’d stay here again

Warm, clean, top notch
Alma took exquisite care of me while I was very far from home. My coffee cup stayed full and hot. She made me feel so welcome! The conference center was perfectly managed. Everything we could want was never far from us and all we had to do was ask.

The bed feels like sleeping on a cloud and the rooms are very confortable. The staff very nice and helpfull at all time. A special thank you to Alma who has take very good care of us at breakfast every morning. I definitelly recommande this hotel :)
