Staff is Incredible. Top notch. Everyone from the front counter to cleaning staff, everyone. Ritz Carltonlike service and hotel was beautiful, very clean, beautiful rooms. Gem in Houston Galleria Area. Jonei at the front counter went above and beyond. I hope I spelled her name right !

We stayed at floor 15, room 1506 We woke up everyday early morning because of the cleaning team noise outside in the corridor, people talking and sounds of falling objects! Also sounds of room doors being slammed aggressively. I don’t recommend if you are looking for relaxation.

My husband and I had an extremely pleasant experience. This was our first time staying at this hotel in the Houston area. Frank Perez was very accommodating as well as the front desk managers & GM. I could not find not one thing to complain about. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Valet

Paulino was fabulous! He greeted me by name every time and helped me several times getting items in and out of my car. He was nice enough to park my car up front and keep an eye on it knowing that I would be in and out of it several times. I feel he went above and beyond on his service that he offered me. I felt comfortable talking with him and he was extremely respectful of me. I feel he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service!
