Very fast. Clean. Nice food! My Waiter was gentle & kind helping with the food options. My burger was great and my lemon drop as well. They offer really nice seating outside as well. I would definitely come back any time throughout the summer!

If anyone is wondering if the thompson is worth it.. the answer is DEFINITELY YES! I celebrated my birthday here and from the moment I arrived I had the most luxurious and welcoming experience. 10/10 would recommend. Andrew at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING! So sweet, welcoming and helpful and made sure my stay was absolutely spectacular. I also spent a lot of time out by the pool and when I tell you Traverion (manager) and Darius (pool server) are some of the best people i’ve ever met?? I’m not kidding. They were so helpful and made my birthday so much more soecial. Anything I needed was done in a timely manner, they were so polite and nice and just all around great people with incredible service. All of the staff here are super nice I can’t stress it enough. Celebrating my birthday at the thompson was so great I can’t wait to come back!

We had such a great experience at the Thompson Hotel, specifically the pool, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible hospitality from the manager Tray and team member Darius the great. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. They were so personable—checking in on us, making thoughtful conversation, and even surprising us with a kind gestures that made the stay feel extra special. You can tell they genuinely care about guests having a great time. It made our staycation feel elevated and memorable.

Traverion had the most amazing customer service. He and Darius were super attentive to our group and helped make our stay a night to remember. I will be returning for future celebrations with family and friends. My stay was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend.
