Amazing service!!!
Darius gave me and my friends amazing and attentive service by the pool. He was very nice and responsive and brought us drinks and food as requested. The pool is very nice, clean, and a perfect temperature. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable getaway.

Exceptional service
Had such a lovely time by the pool with my friends at The Thompson. We were serviced by Darius and he was very attentive, kind, and always ready to take our order. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy my stay again. Thanks again to the Thompson for the exceptional service! Loved the pool and service so so much! 100% recommend!

Amazing service
Darius did amazing! Quick service and friendly. :) Loved the pool! The Thompson Hyatt Hotel is in a very nice location with convenient valet parking. You can either valet park (garage) or park in paid parking lot right next to hotel. The food was 10/10, my friends and I had the chicken tenders and guacamole dip.

Myself and my friends spent a day at the hotel’s pool. Our server, Darrius, did an amazing job! We felt so catered to, best time, please request him! 10/10🤩 The pool was also really nice. Next time we will rent one of the cabanas for a shaded feel.

Stunning
The hotel is stunning with very modern rooms. Plenty of good food options and great cocktails. It’s also in very safe and beautiful part of town. I had a great meal and service at Sol7 where Pada and Pauline were very attentive and made great recommendations. I will definitely visit again.
