Edgar's Hermano - hotel restaurant
Had lunch with my family at Edgar's Hermano. The waiter, Azadene, was very attentive and patient with us. The restaurant is very clean and quiet - easy to have conversations over appetizers. We sampled many of the appetizers, all freshly made (guacamole, salsas, queso, taquitos, empanadas) - loved them all! Main courses came out - various salads, burgers, and tacos were enjoyed. Not a single compliant at the table, and there were 9 of us. We topped it off with dessert. I can't stop thinking about the fried cinnamon apple pie!! I highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves downtown near The Whitehall Hotel. And, if you aren't in the area, there is complimentary parking at the hotel valet stand - Edgar's will validate your parking.

Helpful, Courteous, and Welcoming
Upon walking in, everyone was warm and welcoming (even the tree decorator was cheerful and helpful). Ana Marie was welcoming, courteous, and polite and made our check-in process seamless and enjoyable. I booked a weekend stay for a birthday weekend. The rooms were a bit small but definitely worth the stay. Seems like every room has a good view. The bar and patio area has a great atmosphere and makes great drinks. I would recommend this place.

Good choice at reasonable rate
Great staying. Special compliments to James and Shirley. Hotel is located in a Very convenient place. I was in a business trip and beside the Client. Many solution available for leisure. It would have been better to have more time to experience all facilities

Best Hotel in Houston
Ana Maria Hussar was the best host and extremely accommodating. She needs a raise and needs everyone to thank her daily!!! The white Hall is one of the best hotels in Houston!!! I appreciate how they always treat me with so much kind and love!!!

Best hotel experience hands down
James at Hermanos restaurant is amazing !!! Best customer service I have ever gotten at a hotel… Shirley is also an amazing person at the front desk… the food is great, the rooms are clean. Hell I accidentally drop a whole cup of coffee in my room in the morning and by lunch the room likes it never happen… also they have the best parking rate in the City
