Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I stayed at this marvelous hotel for our anniversary. Check-in was a breeze, the room was huge and very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect. Had cocktails and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was fantastic. I highly recommend the jalapeño margarita! It was easy to walk to restaurants and entertainment. All of the employees we interacted with were amazing and made our stay fantastic!

Highly recommended as a business hotel venue.
The company i work for organised a business conference here in January 2025. Very impressed. The staff that work here all go the extra mile and the service was consistently excellent. From the front desk to the AV team and restaurant staff the attitude was always very helpful and generous. Especially recommend the bedrooms (nicely furnished with huge TVs etc) and the steak fayitas at 2nd floor restaraunt, if meats your thing. All very very good.

Exceptional Hospitality in a Historic Gem
The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The premises are clean and full of character, as it’s a historic hotel. I especially loved the staircase and found its history fascinating. We dined at Edgar’s, where James took excellent care of us. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond by congratulating us on our wedding and surprising us with champagne to celebrate. His warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, like part of the family. He also offered great recommendations that enhanced our experience. The food was outstanding—highly recommend the snapper Monterrey!

Excellent customer service!
We came here for a staycation and we had the best experience. James at the bar in Edgar’s provided excellent customer service and made us feel like family. I would definitely recommend the Snapper Monterey! I would come here again and I’m already planning on it. Thank you so much. Jose was also great and very attentive to the customers.

Stayed at the white hall to renew my passport
The staff are exceptional at the white hall. Shirley and Ni made the experience easier and answered all of my questions. The hotel is beautiful on the inside. Rooms are nice but noise might be a slight issue depending on folks in the hallway. The beds were comfortable just be aware the pillows are tall and dense so consider bringing your own. If you're there for a passport white hall is 0.1 miles away from the passport agency so you can simply walk there.
